Ecoffee Cup Arvostelua

My coffee cup leaked and they immediately replaced it. Within a week I had a brand new one I can enjoy my coffee and tea in.

They are the best

I lost the stopper on two cups and the company immediately responded by sending the missing pieces (a few extra as well)

They responded to my inquiry immediately. The best customer service.

After my old store-bought ecoffee cup got lost (actually most likely "borrowed" by someone in the office) upon years of use, ordered new one and two for presents. Straightforward and timely delivery to Croatia, minimal and recyclable packaging, looking forward to many coffees on the go with it!

I have trialed and errored many coffee cups throughout the recent years and ecoffee cups are by far the best on the market. The quality and durability of the products are outstanding. Claire went out of her way to ensure the customer service was beyond a satisfactory level. I cannot recommend this company and it’s products enough.

The company helping the environment, which is great. We all should play our role for sustainability.
The coffee cup quite nice. I like it

Great customer service from Claire. Very helpful and accommodating and great product from E Coffee cup also! Highly recommend.

I recently purchased coffee cups from this company, and I do have to say, the cups are high quality, stylish, and durable.
Also, Claire's customer service stood out as she went above and beyond to address my queries promptly and to ensure a smooth transaction.
I highly recommend this company for coffee enthusiasts.

The best portable coffee cups by far and the best customer service. Provided with a new lid in days and I’m back to coffee on the go. Thank you!

Great customer service! I've been happy with my coffee cups for years, and when there was a problem they were most helpful in finding a good solution. :)

Claire from Customer Services went out of her way for a order which no other company has done before.
The service was amazing and was over and beyond what I expected.
Paying attention to details is what a lot of companies don't do, however Claire was simply amazing 👌

What an amazing service from Claire at Ecoffee Cup! I can't thank Claire in customer services enough for replacing the sleeve on my cup. I was so upset when I lost my sleeve, as I thought it would be an impossible find, as my cup is an older design, but Claire sent out a replacement free of charge and made my day. It's not my first experience with Claire, I had a small problem with logging into my account at Christmas, which she resolved for me, Claire is super helpful and just a brilliant representative of the company - there are a lot of companies out there, that could learn so much from this wonderful service, thank you!

Esta vez fue fatal debido a que soy de Canarias no hay transportistas que cobren barato y como a la empresa le genera perdidas me dieron el reembolso y me quedé sin producto.

I wasn’t someone who would normally think a lot about what coffee cup to use. Until I bought an ecoffee cup by chance. I liked it so much, and got so used to it, that I would only drink my coffee from my favourite cup.
After a couple of years of daily use, it fell off the roof of my car and it cracked (placed it there to free my hands). Because I couldn’t find that model anywhere I reached out to the ecoffee team. An experience that made me realise they not only make great products, but they are awesome people too!

My best customers service experience EVER was with the Ecofee Cup Fairy Godmother! You’re awesome! Many thanks for your help!

A really great experience from Claire in Customer Services and the warehouse team at Ecoffee Cup for responding and resolving so quickly to my enquiry about a replacement lid stopper after mine blasted off into the stratosphere from my cup falling out from my backpack. The cup survived and is excellent and I have recently bought more designs for variety from the stunningly beautiful William Morris Gallery collection.

Excellent cups,I've had them for years. kept their colour and strength, everything I needed.
Recently, I accidently tested one to destruction. Got it stuck in the seat of my car as I tried to move it. It took a great deal of force to break (i probably should have stopped pushing). This ain't gonna break with normal use.

I've ordered from them on multiple occaisons, unfortunetly I've had two defective cups sent out. one of them had a convex bottom (not great for standing on the side with hot liquid), and the other discoloured after the first wash in the dishwasher. Both times their customer service has been stellar. Offering a free replacement cup with free shipping, even giving the option of another cup from their line up if you wanted a different cup to replace the defective one. No hassle required, short of sending a two emails.

Their customer service, and solid products have and will keep me coming back

Great mugs! Probably the only one real eco friendly!

I lost the lid to my cup and they didn't seem to have it in stock, but when I got in touch with them they went out of their way to contact the warehouse and sent me a replacement for free!

I had a problem logging in and contacted customer services who replied almost immediately and sorted the issue for me. I have bought several cups over the past few years for myself and for presents and have always been very pleased with them. They are also nice to drink from!

Bought a reusable cup as a present - arrived promptly and is beautiful - very pleased with it
