I do love the watch!

The only downthing is that the bracelet is a litlebit tight, i just barely can get it over my hand. Maybe my hands are a little bigger then the average... but with maybe a different watch clasp it would be easier.

But again.. love the watch!

This would have been 5 star if they would have included the travel pouch that I tried to add to my order. I had the code but did not see where to add it. Once ordered without the code, I reached out to customer service within minutes, but they did not respond for days. The said they would try to add it to my order, but didn’t. Great watch. Though the experience could have been better.

I love this watch. It is very unique and can be worn in virtually any setting.

The Rivanera is a great product in my humble opinion. Also, the buying experience was hassle free

Everything was fine with my order.
I received the watch within the shipping schedule for the EU - the shipment packaging was adequate and there were no issues.
The actual watch packaging is even better and I am happy overall.
I got a Rivanera in white and my only note on the watch itself has to do with the straps actually - these must be made with quick release spring bars as that would suit the fact there are multiple provided and the titanium finish of the case makes changing straps very prone to small scratches.

The purchase was made online, but even so the email contact afterwards seemed very personal and it really felt like I was a valued customer.
Shipping was secure and signed for, absolutely no worries considering the value of the watch.

La montre en elle même est de qualité, par contre le bracelet qui s'abîme au bout de quelques mois, ça laisse à désirer...
Avis mitigé sur la question !
