The only thing that tops it is the customer service I received upon noticing some parts had not arrived.

Debbie who helped me with my enquiry was absolutely fantastic - speedy responses that dealt with the issues directly, and within days I had everything I needed and truly felt like a valued customer.

I bought my echelon bike more than a year ago and have really been enjoying my bike and the app, despite complaints about the app itself. I decided to scale up my workouts by trying to use the SPD clips. Guidance on using the clip and the correct type of shoes were very scarce. I ended buying shoes with the wrong cleats; my bad. But this really isn't something that your customers should need to research; guidance should be readily available. To solve the problem i bought a pair of Echelon shoes with clips. I was after some difficulty able to clip my left shoe but not the right side. I asked a friend who bikes off road and he said the tension on the bike spring was too tight for the shoe clip to fit. I tried to loosen the spring but the clip came off. Some of this fault is of course mine but why was the clip too tight in the first place, especially to fit an echelon bike shoe..? I could live with all of this but what really left a bitter taste was the response from Echelon's customer service when I reached out to ask them for help. Cold, unhelpful and totally uncaring to the fact that we are paying echelon riders. I was at fault for loosening the clip too much (but why did I have to loosen it in the first place, and I have found on the forums that this isn't an isolated incident). But I was too told in no uncertain terms by Echelon customer service that the pedal wouldn't be replaced (despite me not asking for a replacement). Seriously you have to ask yourself, is someone who has bought a bike and is subscribing monthly on behalf of the whole family really concerned about the cost of replacing a faulty pedal??? What I wanted was guidance on how to refit my clip or what else I could do.

At a time when Peloton is struggling, can a challenger brand like Echelon afford to treat their paying customers this way..? I also wanted to return my Peloton SPD shoes as clearly I can't use them with the bike but I had to request a return form, not to mention the laborious return method (clearly to deter returns). At a time when companies have made returns so easy for products at much lower price points how can Echelon make return of more expensive products so difficult? You spend millions on advertising and promotions Echelon, you should be devoting more money to your customer service! I have previously been raving about Echelon to my Peloton riding friends; but you have now lost my family and I as a customer.

Kept well informed of delivery date/time. Takes an hour or two to put together, but the instructions were clear and it's working well.

Great service, I was kept updated at all times regarding the delivery. Easy yo assemble and was able to start using within an hour of been recieved

Have just recently bought my Echelon X5 after trying out my brothers Peleton bike while recently visiting him in New Orleans and I can say this X5 is every bit as good as the Peleton.

Easy to setup, took maybe an hr and their an abundance of classes and great instructors. love the app as well

Unable to use the app, can't connect to TV. Using a mobile is pointless as it's too small

I love the stride, I love the app. It was a good purchase.

Our Echelon arrived quickly - it’s pretty tricky to put together! After assembling it’s been a dream, the app works great and we really enjoy using it. Would recommend for anyone needing to work out at home.

Just 4 days from ordering to completing my first echelon spin class, excellent service.

I bought it for my son.but he find seat is very uncomfortable. We tried with cushion as well.still is not very comply.so give only 3 stars.thanks

Delivery was quick and once the box was opened it was so easy to set up and is by far the best running machine I’ve ever had.

Great about receiving the equipment and the delivery guys were very helpful bringing the equipment upstairs - However I am supposed to receive one month free membership and there is no communication about it

Not only does the app have a fantastic selection of live and on demand classes… the customer service team are amazing and don’t treat u like a number, they listen and help in anyway they can

Great customer service received from Echelon. Specifically on a warranty claim 2 weeks before the end of the 12 month guarantee period. Initially sent new parts, didn’t fix the issue, then an engineer visit who recommended further parts, however echelon stepped up with an exchange for a new bike that comes with a new 12 month warranty. Absolutely great experience received despite the issue with the product, would highly recommend.
Classes and equipment are excellent.

We have had our bike now just over a week, we are loving the smooth cycle, we are getting used to the different classes and finding the ones we are enjoying.

So I ordered a T shirt from Echelon fit UK and it was so incredible simple to do and the order came so fast. I really could hardly believe how quickly it came. I live in the United States so I was expecting a wait but no such thing.

I will totally ordered from Echelon fit UK in the near future.

So easy to set up. The kit is amazing and really sturdy. Just like the spinning bike I use at the gym. The classes are really great too. It's been a life changer to have this at home!
