Es war keiner zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da (23 Uhr abends), obwohl wir den Nachtzuschlag bezahlt haben. Und unsere Beschwerde wurde damit abgetan, dass wir nicht zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da gewesen wären. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Nachweislich waren wir rechtzeitig da. Nie wieder! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Easy pickup and drop off experience. Late flight meant an out of hours fee of €60. However the service itself was decent. The Aygo was a crock of crap on the motorway but handled the mountain roads ok. Would use again

we were given a toyota yaris upon arrival at pisa airport which had the back bumper loose and badly damaged we questioned if it was safe to drive.. we were told it was fine and not to worry. we took photos of all the other dents and scratches.we had no issues while driving the car and returned it in exacly the same condition.. a week later i recieved an e mail charging me 191 euros for a scratch on the inside of the door which was not visible when the door was closed.i sent several e mails informing them that we had not had any issues and the tiny scratch was not done by us. all my e mails were ignored , i was warned about car hire firms in italy doing things like this. i will never use ech rentals again and advise anyone to looks elsewhere.. this company has so many bad reviews i wish i had researched this criminal company.

Qualità/prezzo insuperabile. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Auto in perfette condizioni, sembrava uscita dalla concessionaria. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Pubblicare le recensioni tutte eccellenti per conto proprio e poi illudere i clienti e nascondere la vera realta' e ' tipico di chi vuole fare il furbo, noleggiare da ECH un auto a Bologna aeroporto nella stessa citta' di residenza e pretendere obbligatoriamente un biglietto aereo di ritorno perche' c'e' scritto nel contratto , tutto in lingua inglese, con l'alternativa di pagare una assicurazione contro i danni, e' una truffa, e' voler vendere assicurazioni e non noleggi di auto. La malafede di questa azienda e' dimostrata che dopo essermi venuti a prendere in aeroporto con un van, al mio rifiuto di accettare le loro regole scritte nel voucher in inglese, sono dimostrate che dopo aver effettuato un volo intercontinentale, di domenica sotto 35 gradi me ne sono dovuto tornare a piedi da solo in aeroporto per 4 km. Questa e' la mia esperienza, questo e' per far presente che esistono queste ditte di noleggio poco serie autorizzate a fare vendite aggiuntive a loro favore. State lontano da questa gente !

Jammer, door vertraging van onze vlucht, midden in de nacht, 10 minuten te laat aan de balie. Das pech, iedereen weg.
Voor vertrek uit Nederland netjes gemeld en antwoord gekregen. Geappt zodra we geland waren (2 minuten te laat) geen reactie meer.
Maar uiteindelijk wel geld afgeschreven natuurlijk. Nooit meer ECH voor ons! Bedankt Scicilybycar dat jullie ons wel geholpen hebben!
