Stunning as always. I’ve been subscribed to them for quite some time now, and between orders I go to local shops to get an emergency supply. They’re very good to do alternative breakfasts when I’m bored of the usual protein packed omelets, toasts and etc. The best part is that they sweeten unsweetened milks, so the experience is sublime for me personally.

First time purchasing surreal and i. Impressed. Quick delivery and they taste really nice. I'm Type 2 diabetic and had gastric bypass so it's always hard to get the right balance of food and proteins. These are brilliant and I'll see how I get on.

Has to be the best cereal with all its benefits I have ever had!! It is crunchy , very tasty, guilt free, sugar free or very low sugar, high protein, high fiber… . It really is excellent and as a diabetic I am delighted to have found it .
