Misleading online policies and customer service agents blaming customers. Very bad experience and would not recommend Surreal. Cereal doesn’t even taste that good.

I have only tried one of the cereals so far. Munching my way through that box first. Id like it, but I'd like it better without any sweetners.

Very swift delivery and on to the second box so far; very tasty and filling; will look for other things to do with it.

Hi, i realy dont like saying this but as wuth my 1st order i described as after tast like sacarine, even though there is no sugar in the cruel. All the flavours are terrific. But my son said the same thjng, so after this second I cancled. The musele with the strawberry in is amazing. But sadly the only one we realy enjoyed. Low carb and delicious. Only problem i have is i eat too much!!

As a Type 2 diabetic, finding things for breakfast was a challenge. Sure, I can have eggs etc but, I was really missing just being able to eat a bowl of cereal and go in the mornings. I haven’t been able to eat cereal for years since my diagnosis. I had been living on homemade nutty granola and Greek Yoghurt. I hate Greek Yoghurt. It was grim 😆

Surreal is a breath of fresh air!! There is an amazing variety of flavours. My favourite is the Salted Caramal. Some of the flavours are a bit too sweet for me but, that’s only a few of them and there are so many to choose from!

It have successfully incorporated this into my food routine. It’s filling and is helping with my overall blood sugar stability. (Remember to measure portions and don’t eat a whole box at once! 🤣)

The only issue I have had is with the delivery service (Yodel / InPost). They managed to lose both of the orders that I placed but Surreal’s Customer Service Team is amazing and have sorted that out for me.

Taste great the bundle is great value for money would highly recommend if your looking for a low sugar high fibre alternative. Great taste great quality.

Really speedy delivery for starters! Really high in protein which is ideal when you just want something quick for breakfast or a snack. There is a lot of variety for flavour as well which is amazing! On top of that the flavours are phenomenal for a high protein product as usually flavour takes a hit when the protein is good. 10/10 would definitely purchase again!

Everything with surreal has been awesome! Including the incredible taste of their products! Which were delivered within no time at all! And their products fit with my 5:2 diet, even on a fasting day when I can
Only have 500 kcals for the whole day! So I’m massively happy with everything with surreal. And also including their customer service, they got back to me within 24 hours and the answer they gave me worked perfectly! So yes, I’m extremely happy with everything from sureal !! Thank you xxx

As a Type 2 Diabetic this cereal has really changed what my mornings look like. Instead of my sugars peaking they stay level as this awesome cereal has little to no sugar! Couldn't be happier.

Very tasty all flavours as I am diabetic and have to be careful about potassium this is great for me

I absolutely love surreal cereal! It’s great as cereal with fruit and milk, toppings of my jog bowls, or just to munch out of the pack on one of those “midnight snack” nights. Delivery is super easy and quick. I can tailor it to my preferences and I love that there’s always a new flavour I haven’t tried! Looking forward to my next one already!! 💓

The cereal is delicious and filling and it doesn’t spike my glucose like other cereals and oats do. At last something other than boiled eggs for breakfast

The website was so easy to use, the order process was very smooth and quick. I really appreciated being able to know when the delivery was going to be. The products are very surprisingly delicious and substantial. Very nice flavours. I’m just so happy to be able to put cereal back into my daily food routine

I just love this cereal it meets all my expectations so much protein and tastes lovely.
My one drawback is they've stopped making my all time favourite of blueberry muffin 😋

The product is the best for achieving protein goals whilst still providing a variety of great tastes. Just as importantly the customer service is the best I have received.
