SCAM. Their 90-day no-interest is a scam. I financed a scooter, attempted to pay it all off at once. They returned my payment (though I had the full amount), and when I called to rectify the issue they said that since the payment had been returned, they could cancel the 90-day no interest agreement and charge full interest even if I made a payment moments later. SCAM.

Total rip off. After 7 payments of $60 my balance went down $59. My first 2 $60 payments didn't take ANYTHING off my balance! If u know a loan sark I would ask them before this place itd prbly be cheaper. Never again. Only reason it got 2 stars n not 1 is that they did accept me despite my credit not being the greatest.

I have never had so many issues trying to simply pay off an account in my life. I knew better than to go past 90 days because you’re not getting me for 133% interest. I don’t even see how that is even legal but I went in eyes open because I knew I’d pay it off long before then and didn’t want to go in my account to make one large payment; however, after going through all this- I should have pulled the 3K out and paid that way. All these headaches incurred doing “business” with DUVERA were NOT worth it.

Since using them, I’ve had login issues, unauthorized payments taken from my account, my “due date changed” for attempting to make a payoff, AND almost lost my rebate due to it, because they took the payment & found out the bank used, doesn’t do business with them (hmmmm wonder why???)… so the funds had to go back AND on top of all of that I’ve spent well over 8 hours combined JUST in ON hold-time trying to resolve these and other account issues messing with these people.

The customer call wait times are astronomical… 45 minutes plus & the call back system doesn’t work. It calls & hangs up immediately; so you’re stuck waiting another 45 minutes. To MAYBE- if they don’t hang up or throw you back in the queue- to talk to someone for 3. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING IF YOU DON’T HAVE 2-3 HOURS TO WASTE.

They clearly TARGET consumers via shops who thrive on large sales… clearly for who “need” to finance & I’m assuming at least 75% of them do not make the 90-day rebate payoff time- so they make insane money off of interest for sure. This experience alone is enough to say STAY AWAY and just save your money unless you want your blood pressure ran TF up.

Once you do pay these scammers off ensure you TELL THEM to turn off auto pay, remove your banking information from their system because you cannot manually do it- as their website is trash…and REQUEST a payoff letter be mailed to your home and emailed to you as well. They’re that kind of scammy. Pi$$ poor. BUYER BEWARE!

PLEASE READ FINE PRINT WHEN SIGNING ON WITH THEM!! If I never called them I would have never knew my 90 days is about to be up in 5 days and still have a balance of $452. I am struggling already as it is and now & I have to pay them damn near $500 out of my check that is only $900 this Friday. I had plans to get my broken windshield fixed that I haven't been able to afford for over a month now. This is ridiculous! And a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE! And it's the holidays!!! This makes no sense at all we're in the middle of a pandemic and people arent working like they used to. Why would you guys make my loan for 12 months $74. You guys could of made it $150 for 90 days and it would been paid off but yall want the extra money obviously. You knew I wouldn't be able to pay the full thing off in 3 months. Yall gave me a 12 MONTH LOAN THAT SHOULD OF ONLY BEEN 3 MONTHS!!! These people are crafty they know people aren't really reading the fine print so they are taking advantage. I should have been paying extra all along. I did just get off the phone with a manager though and he did help me he did give me a 30 day grace period. That helps a whole lot!

Very dissatisfied. I was one day late for the 90 days same as cash payment and a grace period could not be given to me. I was ready to pay off the $700 remaining balance that day but the customer service representative said they couldn’t allow a grace period.

In comparison, Snap finance offers three days grace period after the 90 days same as cash promotional date.

Also, it takes well over 40 minutes to get a representative on the phone. I’ll never use this company again and I’ll submit my review online for others to see.

this company is a fake! they are chargeing me insufficient funds when there was way more there than they where scheduled to take. called immediately afer getting the text. there where 316 yes three hundred sixteen calls ahead of mine.(red flag #1) scheduled a call back.still waiting on that call(red flag#2). called again the nextday. 103 callers in front of me. i emailed and still havent heard back from that either. this company is in it for all the fees! i didnt see all the fees at first. dont use this company,
i been trying to rebuild my credit and these moth3rf$@#*s are ruineing it. PLEASE BEWARE

Don't believe their no interest scheme. I submitted a manual payment to payoff the account but the bank declined it and send me a text about possible fraud. I replied it wasn't fraud and they told me to retry it. Now this company says that was a failed payment attempt and I am liable for interest now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this finance company. Straight up loan sharking!!! They have all these ridiculous hidden costs with a ridiculous interest rate of 188.98%?!?! I cried when I seen this information after I agreed to all the terms. So sad to be ripped off by a company that I thought was helping me (a single mom) out with 2 new tires for my vehicle and they screwed me over. I wish I could hire an lawyer for this situation. Very pathetic!! Don’t do it

Horrible. Rip off artist. Will tell you one thing then tell you something different and your stuck with the bill. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. Snap finance is way better!!!!!

Stupid high interest but you should know that from the loan contract, if you pay in 90 days or less it's not a bad deal because you get all the interest back (minus a $40 service charge) so just don't take more than you can completely pay in three months. I have used them twice and never had a problem. Most people saying it's a ripoff are too stupid to read the contract they signed and then get mad about something they agreed to. Bottom line is taken in an emergency and not carried for the full loan term it's not a bad deal. Just be an adult and pay your bills!

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Please DO NOT SIGN on with them. If you must, pay off well before the 90 day deadline. They will get every last dime out of you that they can. Speaking to the representatives is the WORST! Companies that are as greedy as this one should be wiped off the map. Disgusting, greedy, and one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with during the pandemic and before it as well. They got $1500 extra off (representative literally stated “only 1500 extra”) of my $1500 loan and are attempting to get $1500 more. HORRIFYING what companies will do to their “customers” and how they treat you on the phone as well. AVOID!

They scammed me out of $1400 and will scam you too.

Say no-credit and sure they don't do a hard inquiry but they still use it to determined if you get approved. Credit still plays a role if you can buy anything with them.

Do not finance with this company if you are considering iam making people aware and making sure that people know how much of a scam this company is my husnabd and i finaced to have his transmission replaced only financed $2500 after paying on i lt for more that 6 months noticed that balance was not going down and is double more than what we financed called to find out whats going on was informed that to pay balance off it would be $8000 who does that to people they are gettingnover on people who need their service do no waste your time or money they are a scam iv seem so many other reviews stating the same things about them dont be a victim

I cannot talk on the phone so I use email. They never reply to my emails. They also got the date wrong on my contract and made my first payment deadline earlier than it should be. Also they did not upload my contract online.

First the customer service is 'TERRIBLE' and extremely UNprofessional.
here is why:

I contacted Easypay Finance on 05 July 2019 and stated payment was due that day. Customer service rep. explained to me that I could MAIL my payment and I would NOT be charged a late fee. I complied with that suggestion and I just received a 'LATE' notice and FEE dated 29 July 2019 (LIARS). I contacted the bank and found that the 'Money Order' was cashed\cleared on 15 July 2019 Monday (smh). Before filing this complaint I was reading other complaints brought against this company and I see that it is a pattern (potentially trying to scam customers) ****BEWARE****
