Scammers. I ask for a refund for an order I never received and I get the same basic response like “My manager is too busy to issue your refund”

Easy looting was very helpful because the first time I ordered from them I accidentally ordered the PC reload package but I don’t even play on PC I wanted to order for my Xbox one account they was very nice and helped me with that they made sure I got the reload I wanted on on my Xbox one account I will used them again in the future. I received the account details a little longer then expected but they're legit props to them

DO NOT BUY. These guys did give me a modded account, It got banned and I wanted to claim a new one from the “No ban garuntee warranty” they are scammers do not buy from them, they even logged me out of my account and changed my 2FA number

I was really skeptical about getting the 15mil bundle because of the few negative reviews that are on here about people getting scammed . I placed my order the 10th but when I got my confirmation it said I placed my order on the 11th which wasn’t possible .

Contacted them with multiple emails again on the 11th which they had told me it was only 18 hours since I placed my order and they still had time to finish my order . They stopped replying the rest of day

Update 10/12 : got an email this morning that my order has been completed but I’m stuck at work and can’t check currently . I’m hoping I’ll see the money once I get online later and not a complete scam .

Ps: seems the only way to get them to reply when they don’t after 24hrs , just blow them up with emails only way theyll respond… also half of these reviews are bots so really look into the reviews .

I ended up getting the 15Mil sent to the ps5 version of gta instead of ps4 even though I got the new console most of friends are on the ps4 version , now I’m stuck with 15Mil on a version I don’t even play , I’m trying to get them switched over if possible but it’s legit it’s just iffy because they don’t reply or send confirmation right away besides the time it takes to see it in gta .
