The quote was the best and so was the package. They have communicated with me frequently during the set up. Ie for no claims proof etc. I have had to get hold of them to ask questing and had no issues at all. So far so good. Effectient as any leading insurer.

This is an online service, easy to use with fantasically cheap quotes. Definitely worth checking out 😃

Before you take out the policy make sure you can supply all the paperwork from your old insurance company as they only give you a matter of days to get it to them or they will cancel the policy.Must have rang my old insurance company a dozen times to get paper evidence of my driving that they would accept.PAINFUL

Just renewed with easy insure they have a great online service and are easily the cheapest around! Also got a voucher code sent in a text which further reduced the cost by £35! Very happy!

I have tried to change my marital status online to avoid £10 charge, there are no clear instructions how to do it. After 2 emails and a phone call to obtain info I have been charged £47! I have called again to talk about it and understand the reasons for the charge, straight after the call my account has been locked up and received a letter with info that need to pay £47 to keep my policy valid! There is no talking to these company. Very unprofessional and poor customer services. I will lose £117 because I have paid up front and 9 months no claims bonus to start again with new and professional company. I m so disappointed and would never expected that getting married will give me so many problems. I m 7 months pregnant and better run now in case there is more unpleasant and extremely stressful surprises from Easy Insure and MCL insurance Ltd. Avoid! !!!

Extremely inconsistent with what they tell you, can never get through so I have had to communicate via email. However, in hindsight this is the most effective way as you have what they tell you (which seems to often change) in black and white. However responses are slow, one a day. I will take this matter further. I would like to get other peoples experiences in dealing with them. Please comment with a way of contacting you and together we can approach this so called company.

2 years with this company because of the price and I moved less than half a mile from my old house, they want £196 to cover 5 months left on my policy. They wanted a deposit right away and they will charge me if I cancel. No help at all from customer service and I can get the full year cheaper from the AA. Stay away from these cowboys

they are great to deal with and cheapest about, this is my second year with them, I had never any problem with them and I have told a lot of my friends about them and they had found them cheapest about too

I was in an accident last year which wasn't my fault. The service I received was outstanding. The courtesy car was an excellent modern car and they even dropped it to me on a Sunday and returned it when my car was ready. They really did all the organising for me which took a lot of the stress off.

Thank God I wasn't trying to make a claim.

Searched on a comparison website. It wasn't the cheapest but they had a local branch. Somewhere to go and speak to someone if I needed help filling in the application or to claim if I ever needed to. The lady was very friendly and checked that I had filled in my details correctly and then told me she could get it with the same cover I wanted even cheaper. It was fast and efficient service would recommend to any of my driving friends.

Very happy with easy insure. My renewal price was competitive and an online comparison showed easy insure new quote matched my renewal and was more competitive by a margin on next best price. Would definitely recommend

Been with Easy Insure for 3 years now and they always have competitive rates on renewal for me. Have not claimed from them yet, so I cannot comment on that part.
The online access to my policy is a bonus for me, don't need to call to have documents reprinted or policy checked or changed.
It's great to be able to make small changes to the policy yourself too. Change fees are reasonable. Good company. Definitely recommended.

I have been with the same insurance company for the last 6 years.
I hate the fact that every year I get a renewal quote that is more expensive than my previous years cover. NB: I have never had any claims or accidents.
So I have to go through the ring roll of getting quotes that are competitive and passing it on to my provider for them to match it.
Normally I would stay as I don’t want the hassle of changing companies. Well this year I decided to jump ship and join someone else anyway after my laughable renewal quote.
Switch over was really easy, they contacted my previous provider for me to verify my ‘no-claims’ bonus.
No hassle at all, plus I saved a package.

Grand experience, quick online quote, cheapest price, easy set up, easy and quick to communicate with via email and phone, customer service staff at the office are pleasure to deal with. I'll probably stay next year even if not the cheapest. Cheers dudes!!

Had an accident and everything was sorted very quickly. Quote on car worth was pretty close not under priced liked some companies. Next year quote was still very competitive as well. Very happy
