Tent as expected
Tent as expected. Small hole in mesh on one of the vents, which is a shame, will be easier to sew it up than box up and post back as faulty though. And took nearly 10days for delivery rather than 5.

Le service de livraison GLS est vraiment défaillant, j’attends mon colis depuis une semaine en vue d’un voyage en famille pour lequel j’ai spécialement commandé une tente que je n’aurai pas avant mon départ. Je dois donc racheter une autre tente en urgence chez décathlon…j’ai appelé 4 fois GLS pour donner mon numéro, et une adresse alternative, aucun appel, ils n’ont pas pris en compte mes appels, aucun geste commercial

Terrible customer service response
Terrible customer service response - or rather zero response. I have emailed Easy Camp twice and received confirmation that they will get back to me and then …..nothing.
Terrible customer service which is a shame.

When we follow the tracking link GLS have tried to deliver today, but message say: "The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent."

Købte et telt som var håbløst at folde…
Købte et telt som var håbløst at folde sammen. Easy Camp henviste til en YouTube video af anden model men vi fik det aldrig til at virke. Rigtig ærgerligt.

I've ordered a tent with 2 chairs and was quite impressed by the quality of both products. The fabric on the chairs and tent is thick and well stitched.

Bought a tent that Said ”fire recistant” in the info, when I store for safety of we coupe pit in a stove it took 3 weeks ti get a response that ”sorry that you have to wait, we will get back to you soon”.
Two weeks later got the same response.
