Vi havde lidt udfordringer med at gls sendte vores pakke tilbage første gang og smed pakken væk anden gang . Vi havde derfor fat i kunderservice hos easy camp af flere omgange. De var super søde og effektive, og sendte en ny pakke afsted allerede dagen efter. Da den 3. pakke skulle afsted, sendte de den med hjemmelevering uden beregning. En rigtig god og behagelig oplevelse fra easy camp

Atroce
La premier fois que j’ai utilisé la tente, un des piquets s’est cassé complètement. J’ai écrit au service client pour acheter des nouveaux piquets (je ne réclamais meme pas par rapport à la mauvaise qualité) et je n’ai jamais obtenu de réponse. Donc une tente neuve, utilisée une fois et inservible. Très mauvais produit et nulle attention aux clients.

Leaked like a sieve
Quite happy with the Shamrock awning itself during the good weather but 1st night of rain experience was a disaster it leaked like a sieve 👎👎👎

Billig men heller ikke god kvalitet
Billig men heller ikke god kvalitet. Lynlåsen er decideret helt elendig. Dog har den holdt mig nogenlunde varm (kunne ikke lyne ordentligt) og den vil nok blive brugt til en gæst, børn eller doneret til nogen. Note to self: En god voksen sovepose koster min. 1.000+ kr. Bum.

Customer service no help at all!
I received no reply to any of my queries sent via the web form. The replacement poles I ordered had a part missing so I had to take one apart in the end.
Update - the only reply I had was an automated one acknowledging my query. No actual answer!

Hurtig levering (dag til dag). Ok priser.
Den manglende stjerne skyldes, at der var mangel ved det leverede. Jeg har reklameret over det, men venter stadig på udbedringen.

Har købt to telte og havde brug for det ene ret hurtigt. Fik lov til at hente det direkte på lageret. Super god service.
Fik også god hjælp på kontoret hvor vi skulle have ordnet papirerne først.
Alt i alt en rigtig god handel.
