My credit card was charged more than 2 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped my order. Beginning to wonder if this scam.

I have not planted my seeds yet. I experienced the same shipping delays as others as well as the lack of email confirmation of the sale and shipping. I also tried emailing without a response. I ended up calling and waiting on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to a human and they assured me they would get the product out asap. A day later I started getting updates on the delivery and it arrived four days later.

Placed an order on 3/28. It was supposed to ship within seven days. I never received a shipping confirmation so I emailed and asked where it was. I received an email with excuses, saying they’re behind, etc. No new shipping date was given. They basically said be patient and we’ll let you know when it ships. I just checked and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed to cancel the order. If I don’t hear back Monday, I’ll reverse the charge with my CC company. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Edited to add that they are also removing negative comments on their Facebook posts and blocking people who write the negative comments. Stay far away from this company.

Edit 4/21/25: I have no interest in doing business with this company, even at no cost to me. We disputed the charge with our CC company and had the charges reversed. Earthwise is deleting all negative comments on their social media. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Stop the aggressive FB advertising if you can’t keep up with orders.

Scam? Had my order confirmed on March 25th, which included a note advising shipping within 4-5 days. Still no sign of my order, no response to my emails. Don't go anywhere near this company if you have any hope of planting in the spring 2025...or seeing your money again.
Update following response from vendor below: still no response to my emails requesting cancellation of my order. Delivery may have been arranged but I’m now interstate until the fall and my lawn will not have low growth seed on it through the next 6 months. I needed seed, not free shipping. And sometimes delivery dates are important to customers, so don’t use this company if you are working to a timeline.

I spent $141 on seeds. The right time to plant them is slipping away. No update after order confirmed. Did they rip me off? Ordered 3/22, today is 4/10, nothing. 4/17 Update - I texted the number on their site. Someone responded and was apologetic and assured me they would get the seeds shipped. They did! I got them yesterday! :)

The Earthwise Low Grow Lawn Mix is a great solution! I can’t wait to see the mix bloom. The instructions are easy and helpful. My yard looks great and I will be expanding it, hoping to cover even more of the ground with it.
I see many people are unhappy about a slow shipping and delays. This company is not a scam, they are simply busy to what I can tell. We are very used to fast shipments these days, the Eartwiseseed sends their shipments and takes good care of them.

I received the seeds in a timely manner, they were well packaged.

Placed an order on 3/23 and received a confirmation email. Haven't received any communication or product since. I have emailed twice at the addresses provided by the company and no response (although responses to others from comoany day they reply to all emails within an hour, this is not true). I didn't even bother trying to call. It sounds like they have low/no stock on items but there is nothing to indicate this prior to purchase that an order will be delayed. After an order is placed it is just not shipped and there is no communication at all.

Update: attempted to cancel order but they shipped anyway. Still seems poorly managed but at least they delivered

4 weeks without the order shipping and only notification of delay came from me questioning the order after 2 weeks. Found alternatives within the same amount of time. If you can’t ship in a reasonable time don’t take payments

Way behind on orders and believe they are getting hammered with messages too. As they get more organized hope they can give better updates on their page or social media. Will definitely update when I can comment on product. Pretty excited to try them out. One part of business is in NE, storm definitely slowed them down at busy time of year.

Confirmation promised shipping within four days. Two weeks later, the automated customer service email response makes some rather extraordinary claims to 15 hour shifts to catch up with backlog. This is all poor service but one takes one chances. I suppose we should be impressed with a family run business being so overwhelmed. However…
It was the intentionally offensive individual customer service email response that was also received only minutes after the automated email (and cannot be repeated here) that rather took me back. Not certain what this company is doing, but their business model of poor and rude customer service is certainly curious.

Avoid this company - it's probably 1 guy who is reselling someone else's products. Ordered 2 items and one arrived 2 weeks after ordering and the other one came a month later AND they sent 1 pound instead of 10. Tried getting a refund through customer service and they shipped anyway. Cannot reach a live customer service agent! Awful experience

Haven’t recieved a single seed yet. Still hoping they will come but so far, not so good.

I placed this order on March 10 and still have not received the seed mix.

I ordered my Tri-color clover seeds 2 weeks ago. It’s prime clover-planting season right now and I have no seeds and no news. I emailed, no answer. Tried their chat on their website, no response. Terribly disappointed. Can’t even get a refund for the product I never got.

I ordered my seeds at the beginning of March. I have called, emailed and texted. I can not get a response from the company. I feel stupid for ordering from them.
I contacted 973 270-9975, 570 253-4704, 973 270-9975 and your answer is the first one that I received. Please give me an update as to when my order will arrive.

I bought seed on 3/3/2025, but I did not receive a conformation receipt and I have not received the seed. I have contacted Earthwise via email.

Update: I appreciate the response of the company. It seems though that they need to find a way to timely ship their orders and anticipate busy times. A few days after I posted my first review, I received the seed. I sowed and hope for the best!

Original Review: Ordered almost a week ago. Website says 24-48hr shipping. No shipment! No communication! Charged my card already even though never shipped the product. I’m trying to reach them now a few different ways. Will probably have to report to my bank and report to consumer affairs.

Update: I was hoping that this review would get the attention of the company as it appeared that they responded to these every time. I was unable to get a response through the emails that you’ve provided for contact or trying to contact you on Facebook. Firstly, I’m glad at least your exist as I’ve heard nothing from you since I placed my order. Secondly, your website clearly states 24 to 48 hours to ship under your shipping policy and it appears this is an issue every person appears to be having because every review on this website talks about it. So maybe you should adjust your policy on the website to manage customers’ expectations. Or at the very least communicate with your customers about the delay. Thirdly, I will await until I actually receive your product to fully update my review to let other customers know my full experience as I’ve yet to get it. But at least I’m glad I was able to get your attention this way.

Final Update: I wanted to post the final update and update my review as promised. I did receive the product. It did come packaged pretty well. Has a link to instructions. Just know to manage your expectations. The company does not ship and you were close to the 24-48 hour window as promised. That appears to be a consistent complaint across most reviews I’ve seen and the customer service has been less than great and somewhat rude. it took three weeks from the time I ordered to the time I got the product. Even after they have created the label and I got a shipment notification, it took another week for them to actually get the product to the shipping carrier. But I did get it and it looks fine.

I had a fantastic experience with Earthwise Seed. The team was incredibly helpful in answering my questions, and their customer service was top-notch. My order arrived pretty quickly, and the seeds were well-packaged and high quality, so beautiful. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

BE AWARE IF YOU TRY TO BUY SEED FROM THIS COMPANY!! The website promised that seeds would be shipped within 24-48hours of placing an order. It has been a week and a half and I just received shipping notice for 1/2 of my order, after I emailed complaining. When I checked the tracking ID it said the 1/2 order of seeds hasn't even been given to UPS, only a label has been made. I still have not received any shipping notice for the other half of my order. I have not received any communication from Earthwise Seed, other than the automated order confirmation and 1 shipping notice. This is terrible business practices and blatant lies about shipping times. No communication from the company about shipping delays or any remedies for the inconveniences it has caused me due to the delays.
