Still waiting for refund

I placed an order and only received a part of it. The first email I sent was answered with the message of apology, the item was being sent by a third party and they would get right on it.
After not hearing anything back and seeing on the website that my order was on "hold" I sent another email requesting a refund.
That was over a month ago and two addition emails and a phone call have gone unanswered.
I did get some seed. So far, only the grass seed seems to have sprouted.
I would not recommend dealing with these folks.

Even though the initial product was decent, the second item (Truegrass Native Lawn, which is uber-expensive) didn't grow. I sent pictures and was told that it was growing ("coming through" was the exact term), when in fact it is NOT. A rip-off considering the back-and-forth via email, without any offer of a refund; this is not a good way to do business.

I waited a very long time for the seeds I ordered. Six weeks. I was shocked when they arrived because I had previously ordered low-grow wildflower seeds for my no-mow front lawn from two other great companies - therefore I hadn’t realized that the seeds I had ordered from Earthwise were stated in ounce terms not in pounds (or fractions thereof). So I had paid a shocking amount. But I said “oh well” and planted them. They did not germinate. But the seeds from the other two companies that arrived in only days and were vastly less expensive - are profuse and abundant.

As many others have stated, this seems to be a shame company that does not actually do any business. I ordered March 23rd, and for 6 weeks had no notifications of shipping. After reaching out to their customer service May 12th, I was told my order was delayed but would be shipping out by the beginning of the following week. Now over two weeks later, all I've received is an apparently fraudulent shipping notification, as the link to track my order leads only to the order confirmation (with no shipping/tracking information) on their website. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, seems like another drop-shipper or scam company that pushed their AI ads onto social media to increase revenue and disappear.

I order during the period when there were delays. While it did take a little while, I am thrilled with the products. It's coming in beautifully in some shady spots where I've struggled to grow grass. I got the PetLawn mix.

I ordered on April 20th, and still haven't received my order. I emailed them multiple times and they said they were waiting on more stock. My advise, is show stuff online as out of stock until you have it in. I am absolutely not going to order from here again as it's unreliable and I missed the perfect window of time to plant my seeds.

My experience with shipping was horrible!
I finally received my order over a month late.
Among other things, I ordered the Humming Bird wildflower mix.
Today, I planted the seeds. I have to say, it looked like a nice, healthy variety.
I will come back and report on germination rate and will post pics.
They do seem like a good company, despite shipping probs.

Ordered seeds on March 22. Received an email stating they were running a little behind, they also stated up front one of the seeds I ordered was likely to be a two week ship. I was happy to wait two weeks. When a month went by I emailed and got an auto response about how they're catching up. Another week and saw another mass email saying the same thing, but that if your order was particularly late to email, which I did. They then finally shipped half of the order and said the other would be ready early the next week. It's now been two weeks and once again have heard nothing. Going on about a month and a half without receiving my full order. Seems like they only ship when you email. I am still hoping to receive the seed, and am still hoping it is good seed. They offered a discount code for future orders, but it's tough spending the money when I'm not sure I'll receive the product.

This is absolutely a scam company. They will take your money but will not send you all your product. They don’t respond at all to email inquiries. They started to respond to me in Facebook after I posted a comment on their page but it was all just a rouse. They just keep asking questions but never actually do anything. Like others I have disputed the charges with my credit card.

I regret ordering from this company. I placed an order on 4/27, with the understanding that it would ship within 7 days. A shipping number was provided on 4/29. The USPS says that a label was created, but no product was shipped, 10 days after ordering. I contacted customer service via email. My questions were not answered, but they provided me with another shipping number, which once again indicates that no product was shipped. I will contact my credit card company to report suspected fraud.
Nope, still not shipped according to USPS (5/7), just a shipping label created. My opinion remains unchanged.

Quick Shipping — I was concerned based on reviews about slow shipping. So I inquired with Earthwise Seed's customer service (via chat) and they committed to shipping within seven day. I received my order in less than 7 days. I think they're trying to catch up and keep up with demand. Give them a chance. It's nice to support folks trying to do the right thing! Can't wait to plant :)

Same as others have reported. Ordered seeds on 3/28, with shipment promised within 7 days. Never shipped. Company responds to queries with automatic email or not at all. Four weeks later, have finally disputed the charge with credit card company. Don't waste your time and money with this fraudulent outfit.

I finally received my seed order that was initially ordered in March. It showed up in a white plastic pouch and the seed was completely empty from original container into the shipping package. Honestly, if I hadn't reached out about the delay in shipping, it probably never ships. Buy from a local provider or a more trusted site.

Update: While they did ship a replacement, it showed up in the same quality as the first. Complete waste of money. As I said, just stay away.

I have not yet sown the seeds, but a gentleman helped me pretty quickly when I called in. I now plan to wait for Fall to plant the grass seed.

I saw a lot of negative reviews, coming from a very small pool of people. It made me leery because there are so many scam sites these days. When I spoke with someone, I found out they’re having technical issues with their website/email system. It’s gotten flooded! Whoever said AI and all this tech would make everything easier?

Best bet is to call if you have an issue until they have all their kinks ironed out. Sounds as though they’ve been a fairly small operation up until recently. When an explosion of sales occurs during transition or growth periods, that can make it difficult for the business to play catch up! It can happen to anyone. Especially when you have a small number of employees and experience an extreme uptick in sales. Be a little patient! I will report on the actual grass in the Fall!

Can I give a ZERO star? Purchased over $200 in products from this company and its not been delivered 4 weeks later. Have tried phone and email to follow up with no response. Do be scammed like me!

I placed an order for $454 worth of seeds on 4/6. The order confirmation says your order may take up to 7 days to ship. I hadn't received confirmation of my order shipping so I attempted to reach out via email numerous times. No response. The phone number says no one is available to take your call. I tried the text number that says someone will answer 24/7. No response. I used the chat box on 4/16 to ask for help and someone responded. They shipped a partial order I received 4/19 but unfortunately it was incorrect. I ordered 1/2 lb of a seed mix and only received 1 oz but the packaging slip made it look like I received the correct 1/2 lb. I am still missing numerous parts of my order and once again I cannot reach anyone at the company using any of the methods they provide, and that I have tried before numerous times. This time the chat box isn't responding either. I was really excited to receive these seeds and had already prepped the areas to sow. I wish I could leave a review about the quality of the seeds or germination success but unfortunately my review is like so many others and I have to recommend you purchase elsewhere so you don't end up chasing this company around for product you have paid for but haven't received. I should have checked sources like Trustpilot and Reddit for honest reviews of this company before purchasing. It is too late for me. Save yourself the time, money and energy and find a better source.

Thought I would leave a review. I had a pretty great experience so I wanted to share it although just you did take 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. I understood the delay due to peak season and also I called and talked to. I believe his name was Joe who told me they were a little behind, but he was extremely helpful

I received my seed last week. It was very high-quality. The wildflower seed was beautiful and looked nothing like anything I purchased from Home Depot in the past.

The micro clover mix with the fescue. I think it was ultimate clover is only been down for a week and I already am seeing good growth!

Overall, very good experience I would recommend. I know people seem to be having some issues, but I would say give them benefit because they did deliver a great product to me.

Scam company avoid. Ordered seeds, received an email that due to popular demand theyre out of stock but will ship soon. No responses from company for refund/cancellation.

Stay away from this company. Took my money a month ago, never shipped anything and they don't respond. I had to dispute with my credit card to try to get my money back! What is wrong with this company??? This is fraud!!

I placed two orders, one in 3/17 and the second on 3/25. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times and called their number and left two messages. No, they don’t answer emails within and hour. No, they don’t ship within the 4 days their website and confirmation emails say. I’m ready to just give up and go somewhere else.
