I contacted the team at E-Go Bike regarding a part I had lost. Glen replied promptly and was also able to post out the part which arrived before the Easter holidays. I was able to then enjoy the extended break with a fully functioning bike. Thank you :)

Had bike a week, delivery on the day but offered no choice of delivery time with courier! Not that hard to put rack and mudguards on but could be easier with simply video clip. Again instructions not the best re bike operation but simple once you get the hang of it. Great fun ride and looks good for moment.

Glenn was easy to deal with, could not have been more helpful, and gave me a great package for a pair of bikes. I would certainly buy from him again

I bought E-Go Lite using the Xmas 2022 discount offer. Ordered on Wed 28th Delivered on the 30th excellent service indeed!
The bike was well packaged but a little fiddly to assemble the mudguards. Everything was complete, the bike rides very smoothly and effortlessly. Nice and light and similar to an EMU bike we bought 5 years ago. Will need to do a longer test run soon.

Great service, bike seems solid and has good components, had to replace the break pads and recalibrate but all good apart from that.

Would recommend for people making short commutes 5 miles or less

Excellent service. Some small damage had occurred to the bike rack in transit and Glenn without hesitation posted a new replacement rack. Very pleased with the Lite plus bike!

Great service. Rapid delivery and great support even after the purchase. Way beyond my already very positive expectations. As for the bike itself, I highly recommend it (lite+). Relatively light but still with comparable power to Lime and other e-bikes that I used to rent. Great performance when going up the hill. Though a folding bike, it is very comfortable to ride even for long distances (bought the other more comfy seat).
Highly recommended in terms of customer service and the bike itself. Don't hesitate and go for it.

From initial enquiries on the chat to then ordering and delivery the process and the bikes them selves are excellent. I’m a big mountain and road cyclist, but following a stroke I have been less confident on a bike and so got two, one for the wife as well. They are great and we’ll be taking them on breaks when we go out in our caravan

My e-go Max motor stopped working after 5 months of very high regular riding in London.
I purchased my bike from ecobike company but this company repaired my motor (which I am very thankful).
They did repair my bike and they received from me 1 star for it however product isn't very reliable for my cycling needs.
This bike is made in China.
Isn't best product on the UK market.
If you are cycling every day like me in London for work - look for more reliable products. Bike is very heavy for any woman. Till today they didnt explained to me what's happened to my motor.
I'm disappointed. Chinese bike is not cheap. I'm paying loan. When is rainy weather the bike is folding very heavily. Rear light isn't connected to the bike. This light is powered by battery only. Till today I do not know how to on my front light as they didn't provided a simple instructions. Also the cables coming out from the front light which I didn't used that light from day when I bought it due lack of instructions. Glenn from E-go bike is very responsive but I feel that he just tried to force me by his emails to change my mind about my review and give him a more stars. This is my the most honest rewiev. I'm reviewing a product Glenn. A product speaks for itself.

Easy ordering and very fast delivery. The ego Max I ordered was the right choice, it’s my first ebike and I love it.

E-GO MAX review:
Bigger than BrUmpton but stronger: Huge battery range with bigger better wheels=better ride, your choice.
Bike is very well made, Solid. Good ride comfort and good safe control.
Seven manual gears AND Five speed Electronic motor.
Lights & stand included: optional rack (worth it).
This is a foldable bike, not fold flat compact; the play off for bigger and higher specification.
IS allowed on trains as a 'folding bike'.

Just over a year ago I bought an E-Go bike. I wanted to use it to travel to work (cycle to the train station, take on train for fewer stops, then hop off and cycle the last bit) as a way of saving money, reducing contact with people during the pandemic and gettign ore exercise.

It has been absolutely brilliant. Fun to ride (bit like a BMX bike but with a higher seat), easy to take on train, quick, and a good workout (I typically cycle about 8 miles of my roundtrip). I charge after every two round trips.

A week ago, I noticed a rattling. I did not investigate and was not surprised when a little bracket fell off and the mudguard came loose. My bad for not looking for the rattle. I looked around my hardware stores for the little bracket thing but no luck. So I emailed the company, who answered promptly, and sent me a couple of replacement brackets for no fee. And by first class post.

They did not ask I write a review but I had been intending to, just had never got round to it. But their prompt service as well as the excellence of the bike got me off the sofa and to the keyboard to type this.

First class bike, first class service, highly recommended

The bike was delivered promptly & in the condition you would expect with all parts enclosed.
The communications prior & during purchase with Glenn@e-go were prompt & helpful.
The bike appears well made, fun to ride & gives the amount of boost that I need, so far, and like the fact I can choose to ride just as a normal bike (why I chose this particular bike).
Would give 5 stars, but given the cost of the bikes, I would hope for better/clearer instructions for the final fittings (mud guards), which were surprisingly fiddly & need an extra pair of hands. Additionally, the trip computer is a little fiddly to set to mph even with instructions.
However, overall I would definitely recommend e-go bikes based on my experiences to date.
