E-filed is very easy to use
E-filed is very easy to use. It practically did all the work for us. We did not have any problems. We used E-file last year too. Our return was immediately accepted by IRS. Within 3 days after filing our refund was deposited in our bank. I will definitely continue to use E-file.

We reviewed your account and there was no log in attempt made since the day that you filed your tax return. It sounds like you may have been trying to log in to a different website. I’m very sorry for the confusion with this.
I see that you sent us an email message which simply said "Can't find" and our support responded to you asking for additional information, however, you never replied back to them.
You mentioned having a customer service phone number. We do provide telephone support with our deluxe and premium software purchases. You filed your return with us using our basic software completely free of charge, and at this time, we do not include telephone support with our free basic software.
Our support has reached out to you with instructions for downloading and printing your return. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Easy to fill out the 1040
The website is easy to maneuver through, the links are easy and accessible. The online 1040 was easy to fill out, the program did all of the math for me. Also there are forms for education if you are not sure how to fill out a certain line on the 1040.

My Error
Pretty good but I made a mistake by entering my same w2 information 2 times and refund total was twice the amount I was due back. I went back to check and saw my own mistake. I just thought it should have been caught by the app

It was a great experience
It was a great experience. It merely took me five minutes to file my 2024 tax return. As long as you read and follow all of the instructions, this website will make the whole process much easier. You can save more by using e-file. Truly recommend it. And I'll be using this for my return next year
