I have yet to receive the covers but I can when it comes to customer service they go above and beyond. They emailed me with at least a dozen very specific questions to make sure i got exactly what I was looking for. They even honored a last minute change I made to the color of cover I wanted. Will report back when I receive the covers

I ordered seat covers for my 2009 BMW Z4. I was skeptical about the color match and must confess I was amazed by the results. It was not a 100% match but 98% looks fantastic. The covers fit snug and look extremely nice. The leather feels nice to the touch. Im impressed how well the thigh extender part fit. I absolutely love the pocket on the back. It fits my car manual perfectly. It leaves me with more room in the small glove box of my vehicle.
The only small complaint I have is the center console cover. Its not as precise a fit as the seat covers and looks a bit wrinkly and the thickness of it doesn't allow it to snap shut. Im hoping it will stretch out over time a bit and become a more precise fit.
Overall i am extrenely satisfied with this peroduct . I highly recommend it.

Cover material is very nice. The fit was just ok. I couldn’t tuck the seats around the plastic edge. No cut outs for the seat adjustments like lever and up down buttons. No cutout on the back head rests for the flip down buttons. Sort of confusing way to install them with strange elastic that doesn’t seem to go anywhere. I got 8 head rests so I guess they didn’t know which 4 to use. I also ripped a headrest just putting it on the passenger seat, ripped at a seam. Price is also $100 less now than what I paid.

Beware of this company. I ordered a " NAPPA leather "seat cover, paid $540 and was waiting a month for delivery. Before purchasing they reassured me that it is a genuine leather. They don't say that NAPPA it is a simply synthetic material!!! The cover seats are well made but not fit to size, too baggy. The customer service responded fast, They asking you to take a pictures and videos. After long discussion I received a full refund, but beware, they sell a man made material at high price.
