Dynamic Property Management Arvostelua

Laura at Dynamic Property Management has been unfailingly supportive in sorting out any challenges I have had with my rental houses; always sends statements/payments on time; and is cheerful while doing it. Highly recommended as a company.

Absolutely brilliant service, thank you for your help throughout the process.
Shirley is so professional and kept in touch throughout.

This is the first property company that I have used that I would recommend to anyone else to use and no they are not paying me to write this...........
Wayne,Laura and the rest of the staff are top notch.......

Excellent service! Helped and guided me through a house move over xmas and through this pandemic!! 👍👍

Received help all the way through, Had a lot of trouble with my solicitor delaying and asking for the same paperwork twice, Shirley help push this on otherwise we could be still waiting for completion,

Shirley at dynamic properties has been so helpful and lovely with us during our house search

This is a really friendly, straightforward and responsive agency - something I have remarked upon to friends and family. From the outset, Shirley was super helpful in offering guidance and supporting our family to get a property that fit our needs perfectly, ensuring that the application process stayed on track and ran smoothly despite the particularities of our case. As someone who has had a number of rentals with letting agents, this agency may well come up one of the top.

I came across Dynamic Property quite by chance when looking for somewhere to rent in the Town of Crook. I met Shirley, one of the property representatives and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and no-nonsense approach. She was extremely helpful and has remained so since I moved in over two years ago. Shirley is a credit to her company and if it was possible to award more than 5 stars to Dynamic Property I certainly would.

Laura and the rest of the team at Dynamic Property Management are a real pleasure to work with. They have managed our rental property for over 10 years and provided us with a first class service throughout!

Laura is always prompt sending out our monthly statement, a reliable business to do business with, I’m happy to recommend Dynamic.

Excellent experience and guidance from day one, with help from Shirley and Laura at each stage of the process. Each were both receptive of phone calls and emails when I needed any information and answered all my questions with no difficulty and complete honesty.

Up to date with information. Informed all the way. Pleasure to deal with

Can’t fault Wayne and the team from Dynamic. Everything about them were so professional and friendly.
They went above and beyond to make the house a home for myself and the family.
Thanks.

Been with Wayne and the team for over five years. Fantastic, friendly, honest service (been with a few rogue letting agents before Dynamic)
Never had to worry about anything - everything dealt with for us. Being a long distance Landlord we thought it would be more difficult - not with this team to help !! Wayne was always up for a chat about anything to do with renting - thanks guys its been a pleasure - Denise and John

This Sales & Lettings Company carried out a number of viewings to secure the right tenant for me.
This was carried out very quickly to reduce vacancy period.
The cherry on the cake was an increase in rental income!
