Easy download of previously purchased products
I had purchased a new computer and needed to install the DXO products I had purchased previously.
All I had to do was log into my account and download the various products, there was the option to upgrade to more recent versions, but I was happy with the products I ad used previously. I had no problems and the process was easy.

Bug d'interface entre Photolab 9…
Bug d'interface entre Photolab 9 (j'avais les mêmes soucis avec les versions précédentes) et la suite Nik Collection.
Une simple maj de Photolab et hop la liste déroulante donnant accès aux plugins Nik Collection disparait de photolab ! Obligé de réinstaller la Suite Nik Collection (et en plus ca ne refonctionne pas systématiquement du 1er coup...).
Un vrai calvaire que le support n'arrive jamais à reproduire... ou que le support ne veut pas corriger.
Pour info, je n'ai jamais eu ce type de problème d'interface entre lightroom et la suite Nik Collection.
Pourquoi ne pas interfacer la suite Nik Collection comme fait entre photolab et dxo film pack car je n'ai jamais eu ce type débug...
D'où ma note 2 étoiles car ca m'exaspère que ce genre de bug ne peux pas être résolu efficacement.

I like the versatility and the speed of the software. It is highly customisable, which is very good as well. I miss and i am surprised it can not read general DNG files, when created by sioftware or unknown camera... DNG is meant to be universal file... the camera model is fine to be known for distortion correction and other purposes, but to not be able to read DNG when camera model unknown - seems to me as nonsense, im very disappointed photolab has this weakness

I had a problem with the latest update…
I had a problem with the latest update of DxO PhotoLab 9.1 where it continuously would not load. I was instructed to uninstall, redownload and reinstall. I went a step further and searched the windows registry and deleted every DxO entry, alond with what was left on my harddrive. Then reinstalled, without any further problems. But when I have not had problems with earlier updates, I expected also no problems with the latest updates. But I was glad I had someone at DxO to talk to, to fix this problem.

I'm using Pure RAW and Nik Filters since years
I'm using Pure RAW since years, I'm using it as a tool to bring excellent sharpness in my Pictures. About Nik Filters, I'm loving to create black and white Images out of my photos.
At least I was testing photo lab. The only reason why I stuck on PR was that I'm still using other editors for my tif files. But who knows If I will change my workflow.
However, thank you DXO for supporting my photos.
