Could not run a bath, let alone a delivery service
Not surprised the results are all 1 star reviews. If I could give minus, I would do so. Drivers are liars, say they have called and left a card, but never came. Out for delivery then back to hub, out for delivery then back to hub.this goes on for day after day after day.
WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY OUT THERE. Do not use this company.
This company is just awful
Further to my review earlier this week, I was promised a delivery on the following day but received a text around the middle of that day saying that delivery was not possible, and asking me to specify another day. I then contacted the supplier of the goods I had ordered and told them about the behaviour of this courier service. They got in touch with DX Express who promised that they would, without fail, deliver on the following day and would monitor progress to make sure that happened. I then got an exact repeat of the experience I had had on the first delivery date: (a) I was provided with a two hour delivery time slot between 15.24 and 17.24, (b) I followed progress on the the GPS tracking system, noting that the van was driven past my house without stopping at around 17.20, (d) GPS tracking ceased to be available at around 17.30, and (e) I received e-mail later to say that delivery had been attempted at 18.31, and would I please specify another delivery date. Of course no delivery was attempted at that time or any other time, and what was said in the e-mail was a blatant lie. I was at home, and the outside light was switched on. In any event, the courier had been instructed to leave the parcel at the back door if nobody was at home to receive it, so the excuse was nonsensical. I then got back in touch with the supplier to get them to cancel the order, refund me and arrange for DX Express to return the parcel to them. Some hope of them ever receiving it. DX Express is, without doubt, the worst courier I have ever come across. Their customer service is useless and they do nothing to prevent their drivers making false claims about deliveries they have failed to make. Why businesses make use of them, given their consistently dreadful reviews on this site, is a mystery to me

Constant messages saying that they were going to deliver item and then oh sorry can’t make today so rebook. I’ve claimed my money back. They can keep the parcel as they have probably lost it anyways! Shocking customer service!
These cowboys are liars
These cowboys are liars. They sent me a text to say they had tried to deliver a package and left a calling card. I was in the house at the time with a doorbell that works and no-one tried to deliver a package. There was no calling card. I accept that sometimes circumstances mean they are unable to deliver but they should not lie about it. That is basically saying their customers are idiots. They have no idea about customer service or providing customer satisfaction.
DX Express, More Like DX Never
Ordered an item from Amazon due for delivery (a phrase I use loosely) by this bunch of clowns. Due for delivery on 27th November according to their text. Contacted their Xpert (again I use this phrase loosely who advised they're struggling to recruit drivers) Tracking shows it's been out for delivery 4 times ( no delivery attempted)I presume driver couldn't be bothered or we're on the edge of his route so he's focused (bonused) on deliveries so again can't be bothered. Called them today and waited over an hour for an answer to be told "i don't know what's going on and can't get in touch with the depot!). Sadly, the business I've used previously on amazon will no longer get my business (not the first late or damaged parcel via DX), so a classic example of cheap solutions costing you business in the long run. Absolute clowns.

We have bad experience with deliveries from Dxexpress. After waiting in for several hours, the courier turned off his tracker just five minutes away. This was repeated the next day.
No explanation was offered, nor apology for the delay.
This has happened before with this hopeless outfit.

Was given a 2hr delivery window. Waited in.
No show and no communication.
Called and no one to talk to. Had to queue for over an hr during my work day to get on to a chat agent who could do little to help. Finally found out my delivery would now be 2 days later.
Got a another 2 hr slot today, the only time of the week I had plans and couldn't be home. But have no contacts and can't see without them. Have a big work event coming up. No option to add a safe space or details of a neighbour. So cancelled plans and waited in.
Same thing happened a second time! No show and no update or apology.
I'd never use this service again and will contact Specsaver tomorrow asking them to send my items with a reliable courier or mail service.

Got an e-mail from them saying my very expensive package had been left with a neighbour and a card was in my door.
Got home 5 hours later to find them ON DISPLAY, next to my front door ,in the rain!

I should have received a delivery for my blinds yesterday arranged for the delivery to go to a neighbour nothing next I received a message to say that they could not find the property.
So rearranged for delivery today time given between 15.22 and 17.22 tracked it the driver Fabrice was supposed to delivery yesterday was about 5 mins away as soon as it got to 17.22 the map and tracker disappeared. Looks like he has bypassed my order yesterday and today. My parcel has now got to go back to Leeds for another attempt for delivery tomorrow. Shocking company

I ordered some items from a good retail store. Sadly they used DX Express to deliver them. But DX Express did not deliver them although I received confirmation from them that they did. (No photographic evidence of course). So not only did they not deliver, they lied about it. Why anyone uses them is beyond my comprehension.
Rude and impossible to contact
Courier was the rudest most unpleasant human being. Where do they find these people?? Can't get through to the company. Their chat is just a bot so it doesn't understand anything. No phone number gets you through to a person. Impossible company to deal with. Just awful.

received sms message about carpet delivery from amazon/dx express,will be delivered by alan (dh5 9ls area)this morning dec 3. then message at 12.29 saying parcel left at another address ,large white van passed my house at speed i was in garden at the time my cctv recorded,van did not slow or stop,tried contacting dx express its IMPOSIBLE,informed seller but what happens next if seller sends out replacement will the same idiot driver miss deliver it ??also !!!
Three parcels lost in a week
Three parcels lost in a week. A plague of failures by DXexpress. The website offers opportunities to vent - call us, they say, or use Live Chat (good luck with that nonstarter) but routes calls through to useless bots and message services. I'm now checking who's delivering my goods, and shunning any companies who use DX. Wipe the smiles off your website, DX, you don't meet your promises.
No collection, no chance to complain to a real person.
I booked to return a parcel via Parcel2Go and this was passed to DXExpress. The first collection day and time came and went and nothing happened. I was given another day and the same thing happened. The third date was not convenient as I had to go out, so I booked for a new day (today) but have had no email giving me a time. All except the first appointment have been described as a delivery rather than a collection. If this is also how it is described to the driver, then it's not surprising they haven't called. there is no way to speak to anyone in the organisation. Their online chat only gives options about deliveries. They give a phone number, allegedly to speak to them, but it is all automated and doesn't allow you to be transferred to a human being.

Ordered from H.Samuel, received a notification the driver ‘could not access the property?’ Rebooked delivery for the yesterday 2nd to wfh and wait … Notification that Jacqueline would be here between 5pm - 7 pom. Jacqueline didn’t turn up or notify me. The tracking service still says, ‘due for delivery 2nd December’. I have now made a formal complaint to H.Samuel and asked the reason for them using such a terrible company. They spoke to DX who had a blurry photo of a door handle regarding Friday’s failed ‘attempt’ (not mine) and a note on their system ‘could not deliver a call card.’ (I call BS) Yesterday, it just says ‘issue with delivery.’ Never order with any company who uses this delivery service.
0 Stars – Avoid at all costs
We have been using DX Express since August 2024 for daily collections, and our experience in the last few months has been nothing short of disastrous. Over the past year, one of our team alone has sent six emails to the local customer care team - only one response came through, after two months, and only after threatening a formal complaint.
Recently, we escalated a serious issue by emailing the customer care manager and were promised action from a supervisor; no response came, despite repeated follow-ups. We then contacted the area manager – again, no response. Phone calls to our account manager and area manager go unanswered, even with repeated attempts. Our CEO has personally intervened, with no reply whatsoever.
While the drivers who collect from us are friendly and consistent, everyone else at DX Express is unresponsive and ineffective. This week alone, we’ve had five customer complaints due to non-deliveries being marked as “rescheduled” – the parcels never arrived.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend DX Express under any circumstances. The service beyond the drivers is a total failure, and the so-called management team should be completely ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I was expecting delivery on 25 November. No delivery received or message from DX Express. I had to rearrange for delivery on 28 November. DX Express then sent a text advising that they could not deliver on that date, and advised it would be delivered on 1 December. No delivery received on 1 December. I contacted their live chat, was on hold with them for 30 mins+ and then advised by them that they couldn't provide a date it would be delivered. Contacted the seller, who chased it up and was supposed to be delivered on 2 December, guess what, nothing received. Avoid.....if you can.

I would have strong reservations about ever trusting this company to deliver anything I was sending.
I had an Amazon order to be delivered by them. Almost straight away, the delivery estimate was pushed back almost a week. I then received a message telling me that my parcel was out for delivery and should arrive between 12 and 2. Nothing.
The next day (Saturday) an attempt was made. However, I'd used an office address and the office was closed for the weekend so delivery failed.
On Monday, I again received a message telling me that my parcel would be delivered between 2 and 4. Nothing again!
Finally, Tuesday the parcel arrived. The packaging looked like it had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.
