Such a poor level of service
Two weeks ago I was told a product would be delivered on the Tuesday took the day off work no product delivered. Got a text message saying they tried to deliver. This was a lie as I sat in my living room looking out my bay window at my path and no delivery turned up my dog goes berserk when anybody comes in and no doorbell was rung . The next day was a repeat performance they said they tried to deliver another lie they didn’t . Day three I’m sitting looking out for them and get a message at 12:21 in the afternoon saying they tried to deliver yet again another lie. I emailed them to complain and I emailed Amazon with a complaint and hey presto
an hour later the product turned up I made the mistake of ordering more products from the same Amazon company and it’s a it’s been a repeat performance. It was supposed to be delivered on the 10th now the 15th every day they told me it was going to be delivered soon cannot give me a time and date. The customer service is pretty useless. They have a big picture of a man with headphones on the website saying call us you can’t actually speak to anybody. It’s an automated system. You have to use the chatbot when I complain to a live human being on the chat bot he just said I had to contact the seller. They have the details of the delivery times and dates I it’s up to them to give it to me. So basically DX expresss business model seems to be will deliver when we feel like it and not tell you when we’re delivering it you have to wait in . I have you yet to encounter such a dysfunctional courier company.

They Lie about delivery and then hang up on you
Terrible customer service, you keep calling the number; give the bot your tracking number only for it to ring once and then give you a load of nonsense about their chat feature.....which is also terrible. Waiting in all day for the delivery only for the driver to claim they were obstructed from delivering (this is a lie, the car was moved especially to allow access for today's delivery) I will be complaining to the company I bought from as well for going with such a bad delivery company.

Unbelievable bad service
This so called company is a horror show. They are lying about so called delivery attempts, promise delivery time slot which never materialize, cannot contact them etc. Etc. And so it goes on and on with no delivery two weeks later. Still waiting. Cancel the order with the supplier now for a refund. Life is too short to deal with drek like this company. Pathetic.
Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience, ordered vinyl flooring from best4floors who use this awful dishonest company, 4 failed deliveries gave time slot and never turned up and even lied about attempted delivery saying no one home when we live tracked drivers progress and they were miles away from our house. Avoid at all costs.

They are a disgrace and are incapable of delivering a parcel . They have cancelled my delivery twice after waiting in all day for their 9-5 slot! You can’t find out why , you can’t speak to a person and the one phone number they do have just rings out. The company I ordered from also had no luck , looks like they have lost my item in their depot? Really? I will never buy something from a company that uses this courier ever again

On Wednesday, it was out for delivery at 13:41. At 19:45, I guess the driver wanted to go home. We were home all day. He never attempted delivery or left a calling card. This is totally bogus and a lie.
I rebooked the delivery for the next day. It never came.
On Friday at 9:13 it was back out for delivery. Then at 14:18, it went back to storage. I guess the delivery driver this time wanted an early weekend.
Again, I received an email to say they attempted delivery. We were here all day. I work from the house. I was also outside at the front of the house all day. My wife was home also.
As a business owner, I would not use DX Express.

Time wasters
DX express sent me an email stating that they would be delivering my blinds that I had ordered from blinds 247 which I paid to be fast tracked as I've moved to a new property. They gave me a window of all day, so I waited indoors all day and there was a no show? I tried tracking my delivery which was pointless. Most good delivery companies give you a text when they are close to delivery, a window of an hour so you can receive. Pathetic experience so far , still waiting?

Even more its a surprise you also missed the four workman who were at the property until 6pm. Maybe your delivery persons guide dog was too interested in the moorland smell in this aera
Had a delivery of garden plants…
Had a delivery of garden plants scheduled for Tuesday,received a text saying going to be delivered between 19.00 and 21.00,watched the tracking and driver was very near our property at 20.00,next thing you know I received another text saying they had left a card which they didn't and we had missed the driver,I has to reschedule delivery for Wednesday,apparently plants were out for delivery, no scheduled delivery time sent,then a text to say they can't deliver today either reschedule again,absolutely terrible company,plants will probably be dead as it has been the two hottest days of the year so far,if you buying from a company that uses D X to deliver,I wouldn't bother.
Delivery driver caught not delivering!
Got text to say they couldn’t deliver but I have a video of the driver pulling up outside our house and not even getting out of his van! Appalling service- not even worth 1 star.

After two no show failed deliveries, I was told my delivery was rescheduled for the following day.
I asked if it would come the following day and I received this
"I can confirm that it is correct. This is rescheduled for tomorrow. But I can't guarantee delivery as delays can occur that are out of our control."
So it goes on
Still no delivery. They said they have been and left a card. they have NOT been here, it would seem that despite me contacting them three times and giving full directions, they can't find a driver that can follow the simple instructions.
Tuesday...said left a card but hadn't been here.
Wednesday...said they have been but they didn't come here.
Thursday...nothing at all
Today...well today was just more proof of their "we don't care"attitude.

apparently delivery attempted, CCTV showed the driver walk down our drive empty handed take a photo of our front door and go back to the van and drive off.
I then attempted to phone them on their customer service number - 09137661549- DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER I was charged £6.83 disgusted with this company

Awful company. Didn't even attempt to deliver to our business address. So, I rearranged to our home address to be sure and they didn't bother to attempt delivery there either. Unfortunately our suppliers use them so we have no choice but it's a nightmare just trying to get hold of stuff that we have paid for.

Honestly shocking. 2 weeks no delivery. You can either spend 45 minutes on online chat or a continuous loop on an automated phone line.
Driver could not find my address, that was verified and rebooked several times. Honestly the worst courier out there.

Don’t even think about using them if you’re a business sending packages.
Two promised delivery dates. First day they emailed to say no one was in, so left a note. No delivery and no note. Second they didn’t turn up and didn’t even bother emailing. Just received an email today giving a third delivery date. Two days off work and I’m not being fooled into a third. Contacting the company I bought from to cancel - their problem now.
Utterly shocking service
Utterly shocking service. I had no control over who was used for the delivery of my product but (not for the first time) DX express have failed to deliver in their time slot which was changed at least once today. The first I’m aware that the delivery is not coming today is an email saying they’ve been unable to deliver and have left a calling card. I’ve been in throughout the times slot and there is no calling card! given the choice I would never consider using DX express for a delivery.
Utter excrement
Utter excrement, tracking states due for delivery today between 0800 - 1800, I cancel all plans, wait in. At 1700 I ask the live chat to confirm that it's arriving as I've wasted all day so far. Only to be told that it's not even left the depot. Well I won't be wasting any more time waiting for you to do your job, if it does ever arrive and I'm here to accept then I'll be refusing delivery, just to waste your time as well.
Just do everyone a favour and go out of business.
