Justin, We’re sorry you felt the order took too long to ship. Your order was placed on Saturday, 9/26, and shipped out on Wednesday, 9/30, which was 3 business days after the order was placed. We understand waiting for an order can be frustrating, though! If you’re needing an order sooner than our standard processing time, we do recommend choosing one of the expedited shipping options at checkout. We appreciate your patience and your business!
Product was great/Expedited Shipping not so Fast
Product was great, no problems. Good quality for the price point. Probably would’ve given five stars, but I paid a premium for expedited shipping and only shipped it one state over from Kansas to Missouri and still had to wait a bit longer than I expected or than I’ve heard others have waited in the same state.

Thanks so much for the great feedback on the product! We really appreciate it. We’re sorry the shipping time was longer than you expected, especially after paying for expedited shipping. Your order was placed on 9/17 and shipped out the very next day on 9/18, so unfortunately the additional transit time was on the carrier’s end and outside of our control. We completely understand the frustration, though, and appreciate your patience and your business. We hope we can earn that 5th star next time!

Product was on time and was exactly as listed on their site. The price was a little high, but no one else had it in stock, so I can understand that. I was just glad to be able to find it.

Amazing service and very helpful!
Was able to receive a package to the state of Massachusetts, so if anyone was wondering if they’d be able to get it, they’ll get it. The third service that will verify if it can be delivered will let you know if you can get it or not, so be aware of that too!

Thanks for the review, We did take a look into this, and it appears there may have been some confusion with the order confirmation. When you contacted us about not receiving the confirmation email, you included your order number in your message, which is automatically provided in the order confirmation. We’re glad we were able to help with your order!
Site changes make transaction impossible
Order made Sept 2. Still on hold. Now Sept 17. Some sort of technical issue with new verification step. Go to the link they tell me to, nothing happens. Tried different devices, tried different browsers to no avail. Multiple attempts to contact, one response saying issue was fixed. It isn't. No phone customer service. Also $5.90 in surprise processing & shipping charges at checkout. Probably my last order

Thank you for your review Bryan, We understand your frustration. Due to your state requirements- our system and link were having issues. Once updated, it appeared your order passed the one-week submission period, causing the link to expire. We worked directly with, our third-party verification service, to submit your information on your behalf, but they were unable to accept it through that method. We understand this does not lessen the frustration of the situation, we had our team override and ship your order. We can assure you this will not occur moving forward. Our orders do include a $1.99 Processing fee, You did opt in for the Shipping Insurance protection which was $3.90 (and is fully optional).Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
