Took over a month for my order to arrive. Then the products were lousy. AVOID
Would give 0 stars if i could. I dont usually write reviews but i was so dissapointed with these products i want to warn others. The scents are lousy, very weak. The shampoo is so watery and honestly a bar of soap would wash my hair better. It feels oily, tacky and greasy after using this. The conditioner is also watery. Body wash has almost no scent. I can get better smelling body wash at the supermarket. And the perfume was very average. I highly doubt they are getting any return customers

Ordered over three weeks ago and, after chasing up my order, I discovered it hadn't even been shipped yet. To make matters worse, they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund, despite not having dispatched it.

Looks like I'm the one who has actually been duped by Dupes n Co. Very disappointing customer service.

It’s been almost a month and they haven’t even shipped my order. I asked for this order to be cancelled and get my money back be they said they can’t. I’m so angry. Awful company, I hope they get to close that business for good.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience.

I placed my order well in advance for my daughter's birthday, specifically to make sure it would arrive on time. When I contacted customer service about the delay, I was told my order had been prioritised and would likely be dispatched that day or the next business day. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Over the following two weeks, I had to repeatedly chase updates and was continually told the order was still waiting to be dispatched, with no realistic timeframe provided. Eventually, it became clear that it wouldn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday, meaning I had to go out at the last minute and buy replacement gifts.

I completely understand that businesses can experience delays, especially during major sales, and the customer service team were polite and apologetic throughout. However, I was disappointed that I was given dispatch expectations that weren't met, rather than an honest indication of how long the wait was likely to be. If I'd known the true timeframe, I could have made alternative arrangements much earlier.

Offering a discount code for a future purchase doesn't really make up for missing an important occasion. I would have preferred clear communication and realistic expectations from the start.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't feel confident ordering again if I needed items by a specific date.

14 days in and no order confirmation. I guess I have been SCAMMED.

It has been 19 days since I placed an order with no confirmation on tracking details. I have sent multiple emails following this up only to be advised that it will be escalated to the warehouse. This is the only response that I get.
If you are considering buying from here and want your product in a reasonable time frame do not buy from them.

What a con this company is. My 1st order was 20 days ago. they stated there was a 7 -10 day delay on shipping.. have sent numerous emails with no response even though I asked for a refund.. talking to my bank now.. wish I had read the reviews first . no wonder so many customers are lodging complaints with the government consumer complaints dept. Don't go anyway near this company it is 100% a con company. They just take you money , don't send the product and just ignore you 100%. What a Dupe they are. Should be called The 100% Con and dupe Company

I ordered two perfumes from Dupes & Co after seeing their Facebook ad because the prices were very attractive.

Three days after placing my order, I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation, which I found unusual since most online stores send shipping details within a day or two. I emailed them and explained that I had a flight in a week and had purchased the perfumes as gifts. They replied that they were very busy, but I didn't receive a clear update about when my order would be shipped.

After that, I looked at their social media pages and saw many comments from customers saying they had been waiting a long time for their orders and were struggling to get responses to their emails.

Based on my experience and what I've seen from other customers, I suspect there may be issues with order fulfilment and customer service.

7-10 business days to pack orders advised, now at 12 business days, they refuse to cancel even though they are outside the time frame they provided to ship at peak times! Don’t get sucked in like I did, save yourself the hassle! Going to have to go to the bank to have the order reversed. Will not accept parcel and redirect back to sender if they still try to send as I have made it very clear on my emails my position on this order now! Stay away and buyers beware!

Won’t dispatch. Won’t refund. The reviews online are terrible. I wish I’d looked first.

The Shop sales interface makes it extremely easy to accidently purchase multiply items, they suggest free delivery, but this is misleading as it seems it's only for certain items in your cart so regardless you pay $10 delivery, while products are good there point of sales system is questionable.

Never received a dispatch email for my order and never received order. Emails and FB messages were ignored apart from one email offering my money back which never happened! In the end my bank had to retrieve the money back from them.

It shows me things that are not the same as what I was looking for. Lost the purpose

Had seen the maybelline sky high mascara and reviews online and then noticed a free 'C.tibury pillow talk' dupe offer worth ~£10 in my inbox from Dupeshop. Total came to £11.99!!! Bargain and also super easy to use the website.
