Very bad service and not at advertised

Very bad service and not at advertised. I've requested an urgent dummy ticket which should be delivered within 2 hours and paid extra for that but till the next day I didn't receive anything at all.
Most of the 5 starts reviews here are not genuine and just because in the website they promised to give you a free ticket if you give a positive review. I hope you actually focus on improving your services and keep your promises.

Update:
I did write to customer service multiple times enquiring about this and the time of this update I haven't received any response. But in fairness I was issued an automatic refund for the amount I've paid. Still not the best service if any.
