To clarify for transparency, your order was delivered within 3 working days, with the remaining time falling over the Easter bank holiday weekend, which can impact delivery timelines.
Regarding the missing item, we sincerely apologise again for this error. As discussed over email, this was handled as quickly as possible - we offered to either send a replacement along with a small gesture of goodwill, or process a refund. You opted for a refund, which was processed the same day.

I'll improve the rating if I love the tee. Very disappointed with the ETA which will be two weeks after ordering, after paying for a 1-3 day service. Full marks though to Chloe for refunding the freight and keeping an eye on the tracking.

I’m so sorry again for the delay with your order. As we discussed over email, this shipment was affected by unexpected transit disruptions, including rerouting due to airspace restrictions in the Middle East, along with some additional delays around the Easter period. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control and not typical for this service.
I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after choosing the 1–3 day shipping option. As promised, I’ve refunded your shipping fee and have been keeping a close eye on the tracking for you throughout.

Firstly I had a problem with the shoes being too small but no problem they were exchanged immediately almost on return then without wearing them for some time found that one squeaked badly but out of return time they couldn’t be more helpful and are sending out replacements if only other businesses were half as efficient friendly and sell brilliant shoes love them
