Incredible customer service

I contacted customer service with a query and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I would highly recommend Duffy's to everyone reading this.

Expensive postage

Product was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase. Just omitting one star as I thought delivery cost was expensive. The package was small and lightweight. I have ordered many items from a variety of other stores including from other countries that were much larger in size and weight for a good deal less in

Delighted with Magic Wood Marble Tree

Delighted with Magic Wood Marble Tree. The grandchildren love the way the marbles cascade all the way down so musically. It arrived well packaged 2 days after I placed the order. Great service.
