Duffy's Toyworld Arvostelua 

Visited the toy shop yesterday, while the nostalgia was amazing, the smell was not. Greeted at the door with a mould/damp/fusty smell. It's was very over powering but we had children with us so had to proceed. Stock is great but even the small (overpriced) items we bought were smelly too. I cannot get the smell out of the toys. I had to wash all our clothes and even my own hair twice to try and get rid of the smell. It clung to our clothes, despite having only been in the store for about 25-30 minutes. Would definitely not purchase anything again from the shop and definitely would not re-visit. Very disappointing.

I almost don't want to review because they stock toys that I can't get anywhere else but in the spirit of not gatekeeping...absolutely incredible stock and customer service. So much confidence ordering from Duffy's and it's now my go-to for any toy purchases. Thank you for such care/quick delivery!

It's the first time ever ordering from Duffy's Toyworld and I've recieved my delivery today and I had to throw out the delivery box it came in and the item itself because I couldn't stand the powerful mould smell coming from it as it was overpowering and I ordered from here because I saw that there were a load of great reviews so didn't think anything could possibly go wrong but it did and my item had to be thrown out so disappointed, won't be ordering online from Duffy's Toyworld again, total waste of time and money down the drain.

Excellent customer service! I misjudged the opening times of the shop, closed at 6, phoned at half 5 to say I was on the way! They said they would wait for us to get there! Extremely helpful in helping us find what we needed. No rush, no hurry, still time to chat! A fabulous shop, toys you won’t find elsewhere!!

Lovely selection of toys! I managed to find something I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, they really went out of their way to help me receive my item. I would definitely shop here again and wholeheartedly recommend Duffys Toyworld.

Unfortunately box aswell as toy itself was smelly . I believe was a smell of mold . I do t want to even think how the toys are storage .

Great selection of toys. Love the Aladdin’s Cave shop. Bought online this time and I was delighted and a bit stunned by the efficiency of their service. Ordered Thursday afternoon and delivery arrived around 9am on Friday morning!! Lovely staff.

I can't recommend them enough. I placed an order online and Theresa kindly called to let me know that some of the Bruder accessories I had ordered wouldn't be compatible with one another. Then she took the time to find some alternatives for me over the phone and updated my order. I'm confident I wouldn't have had this experience and level of service with my local chain toy shop or even had I bought directly from Bruder. It's great that independent shops like this still exist. Their selection and service are greater than any Smyth's or Toymaster in the country.
