I left a longer review on the GGA Duduk A. They were helpful during an unexpected problem with the USPS. Will only order from Dudukhouse unless I'm physically in Armenia.

As has always been the case for me
As has always been the case for me, Dudukhouse did exactly what they said exactly when they said they would. The three reed case looks exactly like the picture and appears to be very well built. The body of the reed and the binding on the edges look different from my first reed. I’m looking forward to hear how it sounds. Based on my former experience with Dudukhouse, I’m sure it will be excellent. I’m excited about it!

Great customer service
Great customer service! My order was handled and delivered quickly (less than 10 days for North America shipping).
There was a mix-up in the process - I ordered a duduk reed in A but received a reed in D. I emailed the team and they responded within a few minutes, saying they'd send the correct reed right away and I could keep the one that came by mistake!
The overall quality looks good and I'm happy to work with Dudukhouse.

Very pleased with this purchase
I just received it right now. Very excited to see how it sounds.
Regarding the purchase process, everything went very well.
The delivery was speedy, although it was stuck for about a month by Spanish customs control. Although that has nothing to do with Duduk House, because, actually the flute was already from Canada to Spain, the day after the purchase. Incredible fast.
The instrument looks gorgeous, and fine exquisite finishes, The feel of the wood is super pleasant and the reed also has an incredible finish.
Everything looks better than in the images on the web.
Very pleased with this purchase. Now there's an exciting road ahead, to make justice on taking a good sound out of this amazing instrument.

Cher Laurence,
Cordialement,

The best place for Duduks!
I found Dudukhouse through Long & Mcquade after purchasing a duduk from them - I should've gone straight to the source. Delivery for my duduks / reeds has been extremely fast.
One order mistakenly had a reed left out, but I notified them and they promptly shipped one same day. It arrived the next day! Thank you and keep spreading the love for this wonderful instrument!

Purchased book not available
I was quit disappointed that book that I have ordered was not available and it was not mentioned on the web page while purchasing. And no communication was done on this before receiving the parcel. Why selling a book which is not available? I could buy it in another place then... Thank you for putting in the package another book "upgrading" the purchase, but still it was not a good surprise. You should have told me by email that the book is not available and propose to return money or send another book.

Vastaus yritykseltä Dudukhouse
Dear Dimitri,
We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. We understand your frustration with the book not being available at the time of purchase, and we apologize for any confusion or lack of communication on our part.
Typically, we have all our books in stock and ready to ship. However, in this particular instance, there was a delay in the shipment from our printer, which caused the book to be available at the time of your purchase. In order to ensure that you received a book with your order without further delays, we made the decision to include an upgraded version as a substitute.
We want to make things right for you, and we have a couple of options available:
1. We can refund the amount you paid for the book and you can keep the book we sent as a gesture of goodwill.
2. We can send you a copy of the specific book you originally ordered, free of charge.
Please reach out to us at hello@dudukhouse.com with your preferred option, and we will take care of it promptly.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we value your feedback as we continuously strive to improve our services. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you.
