Ducktravel Arvostelua

We had the holiday of a lifetime!
Kathryn and Russ Organised our South African Adventure for us and it was spectacular.
We travelled from CapeTown to Victoria Falls on the Pride of Africa Rovos Rail Train. This was a definite wow experience.
All our Transfers Hotels and experiences were extremely well organised by Duck Travel and I cant recommend them highly enough.
We walked on the Top of Table Mountain, met Rohan Vos the owner of the Train, went into Diamond Mines in Kimberley, Stood under the Statue of Nelson Mandela in Pretoria, walked up to Worlds View to the grave of Cecil John Rhodes, went on two safaris and finished at Victoria falls with a view of 'Mosi oa Tunya'/ the Smoke that Thunders/ Victoria Falls from our Balcony. Just Fabulous!

Fantastic, personalised service provided by Kathryn and Russ Duckworth. I gave them a vague idea of what I wanted from my holiday and they more than delivered on meeting my expectations. Our hotel in Cala Ferrara was perfect. A great location and beautiful spot for views, food, options to dip into local activities and the added extras I needed for a stress free holiday. The extra touches before, during and after the holiday makes booking with Duck Travel absolutely worth it! Thank you Kathryn and Russ. X

A great experience throughout. They were very attentive to any questions we had and made the booking experience as smooth as possible. We had a wonderful holiday and felt everything was well organised. Can't recommend them enough!

This was our first time using Duck Travel and we would highly recommend them.
We told Kathryn and Russ what sort of holiday we were looking for and they found a brilliant hotel in Hurghada for us.
Booking process was straight forward with great communication and when we came to pay the balance Kathryn was extremely helpful and professional as the war had broken out in Iran and we were concerned about whether to proceed. Kathryn explained our options should the advice be not to travel nearer the time of our holiday and this was much appreciated as we are not experienced travellers and were quite concerned.
They offered to check in for us if we wished and Kathryn even sorted out extra medical baggage allowance which was great as it saved me the lengthy phone call like last year!
Kathryn and Russ called round the day before our holiday with well wishes and a little goodie bag which was a lovely personal touch.
We had an amazing holiday and the hotel choice was perfect.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duck Travel to family and friends.

Superb assistance from Russell and Kath.
When our trip was going wring due to the USA/Iran situation, Russel was all over it and arranged an alternative trip for us to Cape Town which was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in working with them again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Russell and Kathryn at Duck Travel, they made the process of choosing your holiday so easy. We told them what we ideally wanted in a winter break away over the New Year and found us a number of options to choose from. They then went away and sorted all the booking and even sorted our boarding passes for us. They also sent us off with a little pack of goodies which was a lovely touch. If you are looking for a hassle free service in sorting you holiday from a company with a wealth of knowledge, then look no further than Duck Travel. Excellent service.

We honestly cannot thank Duck Travel enough for the incredible job they did in arranging our wedding and honeymoon in Mauritius. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire process.

A huge thank you to Russ and Kathryn, who were absolutely fantastic throughout. They went above and beyond to coordinate all aspects of our wedding at Zilwa Attitude, ensuring every detail was organised and exactly as we had hoped. The result was an unforgettable day that we will remember forever. Even Tom Hanks would approve!

On top of that, the planning of our month-long honeymoon across different hotels was seamless, with everything flowing effortlessly from one stay to the next. Their knowledge, organisation, and constant communication made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

A special mention has to go to the thoughtful extras and complimentary upgrades they managed to secure for us, which really made the trip feel even more special. These little touches did not go unnoticed and made a huge difference to our overall experience.

If you’re looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares, listens to what you want, and delivers an exceptional service, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Duck Travel. Russ and Kathryn played a huge part in making our wedding and honeymoon everything we hoped for and more.

Russ and Kathryn were fantastic. From organising the flight, accommodation, recommendations on what to do and organising trips in Krakow we could not have asked for more. Brilliant couple who go out of their way to make sure they find you the right holiday at the right price. They are exceptional travel consultants. Thanks Russ and Kathryn we will definately be using your services again and recommend to our family and friends x

Duck Travel did a great job organising our trip to Krakow. They were always ready to answer any questions we had. All the trips and a walking tour were arranged for us. Russ and Kathryn give a personal touch which you don't seem to get with other companies.
I would definitely recommend booking holidays with them

We received a fantastic service from Duck Travel when arranging our holiday to Mauritius. We asked for quite a few changes and iterations of our travel but nothing was too much trouble. They were so patient and we were left with a really wonderfully planned holiday which ended up being one of the best holidays we've ever had. Communication is fantastic and we loved the hotels that were chosen. We have 2 young children and the resorts were ideal for them. Thanks so much. Will definitely use the service again.

The company where very helpful and everything went smoothly

I am a solo traveller and I’ve always had such a faff getting somewhere at a reasonable price, I can’t believe how quickly Kathryn found me somewhere that was absolutely perfect and at such a good price
I had a first class holiday and I like first class holidays so thank you, Kathryn

Ducktravel got exactly what we wanted for the best price (even our specific choice of hotel). All the travel details were confirmed well in advance and they checked if there were any issues at every point (even when we arrived at the hotel). They also offered us trips at prices below those published elsewhere, ask them what they can do.
Brilliant trip, we will be booking through them again.

Booking with Duck travel was great. A friendly service with lots of advice for easy travel and what to see whilst we were in Barcelona. Our hotel was within minutes of bus and metro routes and an excellent base for exploring. We’ve booked again through Duck. Travel! Venice here we come. Thanks Russ and Kathryn for all your help

We struggled to get an accessible cabin on a P & O cruise and Duck Travel, once again, waved a magic wand and were able to accommodate us. We were very grateful as we would have needed to, once again, rethink our plans for a holiday. Can't thank them enough. They are very efficient, friendly and extremely customer focused. So much so that we have now booked with them again for a Caribbean cruise. Thank you Kathryn & Russ

Visiting Graceland in Memphis was number 1 on my bucket list. I had no idea how to arrange this so I asked Russ and Katherine at Duck Travel for their help. They arranged everything including flights, hotel and trips. Everything went so smoothly and turned out to be a holiday of a lifetime. Thanks Duck Travel
