Rockbird Travel Arvostelua

Excellent from start to finish. A truly personal service which made our dream holiday to Mauritius a reality.
Alex was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and supportive from coming up with the plans through to support whilst away.
Excellent. Would recommend and will (and am) use again.

Rockbird is the best travel agency we have ever booked with!

Was inspiring to have Alex listen to your wants and needs and put a package together with exactly want you wanted.

Was great to be able to talk everything through with Alex and he was great to have a chat with.

We had a problem at a hotel we stayed at but Alex got it sorted extremely quickly and efficiently as always.

Thank you for being at the end of a text/phone to deal with everything that arose.

Would highly recommend Rockbird for your Mauritius experience as Alex takes time to look after your every need.

Alex organised my holiday and was helpful and responsive when getting it booked. We had passport trouble on the way out, and Alex was incredibly helpful in terms of managing a solution with Air Mauritius to make it work. It really highlighted the benefits of using a specialist travel agent who knows the region and the airlines. Had we booked independently we wouldn't have had the traction and relationship with the airline to reach a solution. So a huge thank you, Alex. I would definitely recommend Rockbird Travel. :-)

Booked a holiday to mauritius, everything from my initial enquiry to getting there was extremely easy and Alex could not of been more helpful nothing was to much trouble for him, always very quick to answer any quireies I had,the hotel we booked (tammasa) was excellent too. I would not hesitate to recommend rockbird and will definitely use them.agin in the future

Alex arranged the travel details for our magical honeymoon. He made the planning process with us so effortless. and made himself available to the hundreds of questions we had for him in such a professional manner.

Our flights were cancelled by the departing airport and Alex was incredibly quick to the post to make alternative arrangements.

Alex’s communication with us was incredibly professional. He even hand held us through the very confusing and necessary Covid paperwork for each country.

Thoroughly grateful to you Alex

We had a fantastic holiday at La Pirogue in Mauritius where the wedding of our son Wesley&Sian was held.Alex was very helpful and efficient in organising everything for us and all the guests including flights, transfers and seats on the plane. He was amicable, attended to all our needs as required. We shall definitely be using his services for holidays in the future. Many thanks Alex for making our stay in Mauritius so enjoyable.

Nothing was too much for Alex, he patiently answered what felt like a million questions from me and was on hand to guide me through my connecting flights.
Alex went above and beyond to help me and my family find the best deal to get us to Mauritius and we are truly grateful. We will most definitely use Rockbird Travel again!

Alex organised a holiday to Mauritius and Dubai for us and as usual everything went like clockwork. Great hotel in Mauritius with fabulous staff and top class food. Dubai hotel was well placed on the beach at the palm and again food was very good. I will be using Rockbird again next year.

Alex was amazing from start to finish. Always contactable and so helpful and knowledgable of Mauritius.
We actually had a family bereavement the week before we were meant to fly and Alex was so sensitive to the issue and so helpful. He made our holiday booking completely stress free given the circumstances.
Mauritius we will be back.
Funnily enough Alex went out the week after we returned so we stayed in contact and shared our experiences.

We had a great experience with Rockbird Travel from our very first contact. Nothing was too much trouble.
We were kept informed every step of the way before we travelled and even while away we received emails to make sure everything was ok.
Rockbird Teavel is our go to travel agent from now on.

I have to say Rockbird Travel have been the best agent we have used ever! Been an effortless experience from start to finish and the communication has been excellent throughout. I’m not going to book direct or with any other agent now.

We are in our old age !! We had a minor query which was important for us , it was handled with care and a very professional approach

Alex at Rockbird travel organised my flights to Raleigh and Washington DC very well.

Rockbird helped with problems around a flight cancellation and the successful reorganisation of new flights.

A very good travel agent!
Will aways use Rockbird when flying overseas!

Alex has been wonderful. twice he arranged our holiday in Mauritius, flights, transfers, hotels, and twice we had to cancel. In two weeks time (third time lucky) we take our long awaited holiday, so to a very patient and helpful young man we send all our thanks, and good luck in the future for all of your business dealings, we will recommend you to everyone we know about to book a holiday.

Alex is just a breath of fresh air. He arranged flights, accommodation and transfers for my entire wedding party (58).

Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond for us all.

If you do anything today then let it be a holiday booking with Alex.
