What amazing service! Excellent jewelery
I would like write a positive review about the Ducett company and the experience I had with them. I recently purchased a mesh bracelet and several nameplates of my precious grandkids and several charms to go with it. I expressed my concern with them as I noticed that they were not sitting properly on the bracelet without them moving around. They sent me additional stoppers to prevent that from happening without charge. Amazing! Last week when I put the bracelet on my wrist it fell down and the clasp broke. I wrote them and told them about my experiences and they are sending me another replacement bracelet for free! What an amazing service and company for doing that. Very impressed! Their jewelery is beautiful and their customer services is impeccable. Thank you so much, DUCETT!!

Ik kreeg de armband binnen, en was er enorm enthousiast over en blij mee. Binnen enkele weken, viel een hartje met een letter eraf. Een email gestuurd, en geen antwoord gekregen. Dus je ontvangt iets heel moois voor korte duur, en bent maar een getal. Geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Dus voor een bedrijf die je bezoekt om iets juist persoonlijks te geven. Zeg ik nu NIET DOEN.
