I placed an order in early February that didn't arrive. After a month in contact with customer support that did not respond to emails, they said they would send the order (3 weeks ago). They clearly scam people, and I didn't even receive the data of the supposed shipment and they only know how to say that it was sent.

The staff at Ducett have been amazing. Firstly I ordered the wrong size bracelet and they helped me exchange it. Secondly they helped me exchange my charm which was the wrong colour. So I can only say that I will definitely tell all my friends about your amazing jewellery and staff.

Probleemloos ruilen van probleem bij nieuw horloge
Mijn gekocht horloge van Ducett stond na een paar week af en toe stil.
Op mijn mail over het probleem werd snel professioneel en vriendelijk gereageerd.

The mesh bracelet with my grandchildren’s names on it, is absolutely beautiful! I have already placed another order for additional charms. Poor quality item
Poor quality item. I emailed to arrange return which you do at your own cost. I follow up about 3 weeks later and they say they haven't received my return. I wouldn't waste my money on their jewellery, it's over priced and I couldn't see it lasting any length of time.

Regarding your return — once a return is sent, we rely on the carrier’s tracking to confirm delivery. If it hasn’t arrived with us yet, it may still be in transit or delayed. We would really appreciate it if you could share the tracking details with us via email so we can investigate this properly for you.
As for quality, all of our pieces are made from stainless steel and designed for everyday wear without discolouring. It genuinely saddens us to hear that your item did not meet your expectations.
