Unfortunately, I am not satisfied. Both small stones fell off the charm. I even tried to glue them back, but they still fell out again and are now lost.
The material of the bracelet itself is actually good — it does not tarnish or rust. However, without the birthstones the bracelet has no real value for me anymore, since they were the most important part and the main reason for my purchase.
I have only had this bracelet for five months, and for the price and considering that this is a personalized piece of jewelry, I expected much better quality. Very disappointing.

Snelle levertijd.Mooie armband, maar helaas snel minder. De armband ziet er in het begin mooi uit, maar kan niet tegen intensief gebruik. Ik draag de armband niet in de douche, maar toch wordt hij snel minder van kwaliteit. Jammer, want hij had langer mooi mogen blijven.

Mooie sieraden , blijven mooi , en goede service

The jewellery is unique and perfectly fashioned toward the more interesting and style icon of customers. It’s put together by the customer and so one has a final say in the overall look. It’s beautiful and I shopped there a few times. Would definitely recommend the more unique shopper to have a look.

I’ve placed order in November 2025 and now it’s January 2026. Unfortunately I didn’t received my order as I was waiting for it for a very long time. What’s most disappointing is that nobody doesn’t respond to my email. I’ve paid almost £60 which is a lot of money for some people. This money doesn’t grow on the tree. I need immediate refund please if I won’t hear anything back I will contact lawyers in Netherlands as im very upset and disappointed. It’s about customer service and trust.

Ducett is a beautiful brand, every piece is personal. Delivery is fast and there customer service is incredible, I would totally recommend this brand and company to others, I have brought from Ducett multiple times.

Op 15 december mijn bestelling geplaatst en op 17 december melding gekregen dat het geleverd was, jammer genoeg het pakketje nooit ontvangen.

Op 18 december dan een mail gestuurd waar ik geen antwoord op gekregen had, zaterdag dan opnieuw een mail gesruurd waar ik wel antwoord op gekregen had en hier binnen het uur op geantwoord met als resultaat weer geen antwoore gehad te hebben. het weekend dan afgewacht tot maandag en nog steeds geen antwoord. Nogmaals een mail gestuurd met de hoop dat er nu wel geantwoord word maar voorlopig geen succes.

Bestelling was voorzien als cadeau voor kerst maar dat kan ik nu wel vergeten.

I ordered their mesh bracelet and 5 charms and they arrived very quickly and are lovely! I ended up ordering more charms, some in the rose gold, which stands out really nicely with the silver bracelet and charms. When putting the stopper on I managed to break the elastic so I reached out to Ducett and asked if I could get another one as I didn't see them on their website for sale (2 came with the bracelet to start with) and they are sending me one to replace it for free! Now that's good customer service. I love my bracelet and all the charms have a special meaning.

Super service altyd zeer mooi verpakt en het zijn fantastisch mooie sieraden echt geweldig mooie jn vriendin is altyd weer ontzettend blij en zeer tevreden ,voor mooie en mooi blijvende sieraden moet je bij Ducett zijn !

Alles netjes in orde

Rubbish.the bracelet expands making it extremely difficult to get off and when you show ducett proof they make excuse of the stoppers arent in correct place and this is what caused it etc when infact they were pushed on but I was showing i couldnt get off hence why stoppers weren't fully on!.as not worth the money and I stated all the above that ducett got all offensive and then tried shift blaming.
The charms fade, lose colour and dont last.
Extremely disappointing

Omdat het er mooi uitziet, het doet niet voor zilver onder, het verkleurd niet het blijft heel mooi ik heb er nu twee keer wat besteld naar volle tevredenheid, heel blij mee.

Horloge deed het al snel niet meer, getourneerd met bewijs van aflevering en nooit meer iets vernomen...
Ook geen reactie op mails.

Honest company,listens to their customers. See my previous review. Due to a misunderstanding ( partly my fault) I have now received a replacement (coin) necklace and am extremely pleased with it. Its very pretty well made and looks of good quality.
