Excellent customer service - a small hiccup with the courier losing my parcel was promptly resolved and a replacement item quickly sent.

One of the few companies that still offers advice to customers over the phone. Their diamond core bits seem of a good quality and very reasonably priced. They also supply a full range of the core bits that one may need.
