When I bought the DTF printer
When I bought the DTF printer, one of the main reasons I purchased this was the promise of lifetime support. I was told if we have an issue, I could contact support and they would help me resolve the issue. (First lie). I would also receive extensive training on how to use the machine. (Second lie). Training was very little. I watched all of the classes on how to set up the machine and use the printer, these took a while, but I was finally ready to go through the onboarding process. Issues were run into with the software and the printer not working. Most of the onboarding was spent watching the tech support trying to get things to work. A work around was done with the promise of some different software. So far, all good. With little or no training on how everything works I assumed there would be additional training. Software was sent. I installed it with some issues, but it didn’t work. This is where everything went downhill. I contacted Support via email as requested. What should have been a 10 to 30 minute phone call has turned into a 2 ½ month night mare of back and forth emails (with no response for days and sometimes no response to my emails) and a printer that is not working. I have almost gone through 2 bottles of white ink, trying to keep the print heads from clogging, without doing any jobs… I was told I need to print a job each day to help keep the print head working. Since I can’t do that, I believe I now need to replace one of the print heads. If I had known the training and support were so poor, I never would have purchased this piece of equipment. If you want Support DO NOT purchase from this company.

I'm upset that I spent alot of money for a software. To be told here's a trial we will send license in 1 to 2 buisness days. What they fail to mention is if you've already done a trial of cadlink once downloaded it will say your trial has expired. So purchases Friday and was a sitting duck until Tuesday.

I’m not sure where all the “great customer service” has been the last week but we certainly haven’t received it. I have had an open ticket since last Thursday and have yet to have someone call me. All I get is one email in a 24 hour. That is completely unhelpful. I have to call just to get an email response. I have been working with Theo and Adam via email. I have asked each one of them to call me and they will not. I do not recommend purchasing from this company because once you spend thousands of dollars with them, they are no help.
