Do not order from this company - utter scam
Do not order from this company. Ordered 20th aug, paid £6.99 for next day delivery. No tracking number or delivery. Requested to cancel order numerous times but ignored. Received email saying it was with Evri but delayed, on 25th August, but still no tracking and no delivery. Apparently it's being sent by Evri 2 day delivery. Today is 10th September and still no delivery. Online/distance selling rules say I should get a refund if requested; which I requested on 22nd August. Absolute scam.
Update - got in touch with my bank last month who gave me my money back. Today, 8th October, I received a message from Evri saying I'd told Druids I hadn't received my order! I did no such thing. I've never received any communication from either Druids or Evri to say the order was even out for delivery, just it was delayed. That's a hell of a delay! Still trying to scam me.

Costumer service is a disgrace !!! 22 days I waited for my order before cancelling it !! Messaged them several times with an automated reply with the same message !!! They advertise on every platform looking like a good company but they are very very poor !! Will never order anything again !
Cowboys with poor/nonexistent customer service
Ordered numerous items to the value of over £100 3 weeks ago. Paid for delivery in 2-4 days, 17 days later items have not been shipped. Contacted their customer service dept who requested an additional week to dispatch. When this still wasn’t met I emailed asking for a full refund. I’ve since contacted them every day and despite admitting that the item was not ready for dispatch they said an item had gone out of stock, after declining a replacement a a higher price they still keep sending emails asking me to be patient and refusing to refund any money. They even sent me 2 emails that were addressed to other customers. Steer clear of these cowboys

Ordered 3 items on 14 August quoting 2-3 day delivery. After a week I emailed and was told it would be with me by the end of the following week.
Order arrived 27/8 with an item missing!
No response to email, no phone number and live chat disabled. Meantime they email me every 2nd day with some "irresistible" offer!
I'll be contacting AMEX who will refund me but I will never use this company again - awful customer service
Great products, terrible wait-time
I am really happy with the polos and shorts that I received. However, I placed my order on August 7th and hd to wait till August 21st to receive delivery (via Evri). I'm uncertain if I will order from Druids in future.

Placed an order on 11th August that was for a birthday gift on 23rd August, with a shipping time of 2-4 days, thought that was plenty of time, how wrong was I. Contacted them on 18th as order not shown as dispatched, had a reply saying the warehouse had been relocated and they were behind with deliveries. Yesterday I contacted them to ask to cancel order as birthday had been and gone, but told just to be patient!!

Truly dreadful company. If only they spent as much effort on customer service as they do advertising. Clearly a Mickey Mouse company operating behind AI front. Awful, don't buy from them. I returned an item on 10th August but cant track it is EVRI and have no contact details to chase. Re-ordered an item ad paid for 24 hour delivery, this arrived 3 days later and when contacted about the late delivery i got a automated email about a warehouse relocation. Impossible to get hold of.

Don’t order
Ordered over a week and a half ago payed for next day delivery which was £6.99! Heard absolutely nothing and was told about warehouse relocation and how orders were delayed, got another email saying they are backlogged over 12 days work of orders and to hold on until next week! This is for someone’s birthday so don’t want to cancel but the customer service is rubbish as well as take ong money from account before they’ve even fulfilled or shipped my order! This needs to be displayed on the website to stop others from ordering during this period, or even better idea don’t take any orders while moving to miss this problem all together!

Avoid at All Costs: A Warning to All Potential Customers
Avoid this company at all costs, otherwise you'll be the one out of pocket.
I recently placed an order with this company online, the order was confirmed and the money was taken from my account the same day.
However, I they have failed to deliver:-
Lack of Communication: Failure to deliver the items ordered within the timescale quoted. No confirmation of dispatch or tracking information has ever been provided and I'm still waiting for my order.
Website Issues: The "track order" , "chat" and contact detail features on their website are non-functional, preventing anyone from contacting them.
Customer Reviews: Numerous Trustpilot reviews indicate that many customers who placed orders weeks or even months ago have not received their deliveries.
Lack of Transparency: I had to conduct my own research to find a contact email address for them company. I was then informed that the delivery delay was due to a warehouse relocation, despite the fact that Druids' relocation took place in May 2025. I fail to understand why this is still impacting orders placed in August. I was assured delivery would be within 3-4 working days, but no surprise nothing has arrived and their now not responding.
Failure to Respond: Druids has failed to respond to my recent email requesting the order be cancelled and a refund issued.
I have now reported them to my bank for a refund to be issued.
Unfulfilled order like many many others
Like many others I've having massive issues getting an order delivered which was placed on 4th Aug. Lame excuses about a warehouse relocations and false promises of delivery in 3-4 days. Please avoid this company at least until they sort this out and these reviews get better as a result.
