Before I ordered, I emailed to ask about their policy to return goods bought for Christmas. I received an email to say, any items i bought on Black Friday ,could be returned by 13th January, as they extended their 30 days policy for Christmas. They have a cumbersome system to return, however, they will not honour what they said. They are saying my items are out of the 30 days to return, even though I have the proof by email. After many email exchanges , I told them to keep my money but I will never buy from them again. I will say for the 1 star , their items & prices are good..just a shame they tell you false information.

Ordered thermal trousers. Got sent ordinary trousers. Great.

Waited two hours on their ‘we will get back to you shortly ‘ helpline. Gave up.

Tried messenger and email, same.

Decided to simply return. Was told i had to pay the postage!!!Yes to rectify their errir i have to pay!

I finally got a reply 4 hours later wanting photos. Sent them. More emails asking for photos. Sent them.
Then told i didnt order thermals. Sent them proof i did. Thst was ignored, no apology.

Told i had to pay for the postage.

Hopeless. Needless to say i will never order anything from them again.

I have to leave a one star review otherwise it would be -1

Absolutely appalling customer service from Druids Golf. I bought a pair of “waterproof” trousers that are not waterproof at all — they let water straight through and are completely unfit for purpose.
The real issue, however, is the customer service. After more than 12 emails, there is still no resolution. I recently chased for an update and was sent yet another email asking me to return the trousers — despite the fact they were already returned on 5th December 2025.
This level of disorganisation and poor communication is unacceptable. I’ve spent weeks chasing something that should have been dealt with quickly and professionally.
Selling faulty products is bad enough, but failing to resolve the issue after countless emails shows a complete lack of care for customers. I won’t be buying from Druids again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

5 days after ordering, I got in touch to ask when it would arrive
Informed it was still in the warehouse being processed, so immediately asked them to cancel my order - I wanted the kit for a golf comp that would have passed by the time they eventually got it sent.
I followed this up across 5 further emails within 2 hours (including to the CEO) requesting confirmation of had been cancelled.
Later that afternoon “it’s already been shipped and cannot be cancelled”

Don’t bother with Druids Golf, very shoddy customer experience.

Shocking customer service, that makes returning an item brought as a christmas present very difficult. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Ordered items for my son for Christmas can't complain about the delivery but sent part of the order back, they recieved it on the 19th December still waiting for money back would not but again from them. I have sent numerous emails and today they have emailed back asking if I want store credit HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY NEED TELLING NO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT.

Absolutely terrible, this is not a company it’s another Chinese scam. Great website/marketing very impressive. Ignore these pop ups, expensive lesson.

Long delivery time cheap material from Chinese sweat shops way over priced

Paid £8.99 for express delivery for a Christmas present that was ordered in plenty of time and it hasn't arrived. Contacted Druids and it took them best part of a day to get back to me saying it hasn’t even been dispatched yet ans they will flag to the warehouse. What good is that to me? Its a Christmas present that now wont arrive in time and possibly will never arrive. On the response back to me they just copied and pasted a standard response but failed to even change the name and said ‘hi Craig’ my name isn't Craig and i am a female!! Terrible all round. Do not order from them. A complete con! Why offer express delivery when they cant even dispatch it and deliver it in time. Appauling!!

Great products good quality and comfortable
We had an issue accessing the returns portals for size changes however this was very quickly resolved within minutes of my initial email communication and facilitated by Saad via customer services. Would highly recommend this company.

I placed an order in November 2025 and received an email which looked plausible from Druids. I have not received the order and now I feel it could be a scam. There is another company with the name Druids and I contacted them and they have said that their order numbers are not the same as the one I gave them. Please be aware of companies as I believe I have lost my money and they were gifts for Christmas. I will update , should a miracle happen but so far its not looking good.

Bought a pair of their new golf shoes in September 2025 and by December they have a split in the side of the right shoe. Went through their convoluted process of making a complaint and attaching a photo of the said problem, requesting a refund. Only to be told, after their review of the photo, the split was from rough usage. Not happy and will never shop with them again

Like few others ordered 4 items November 28 th November no contact details to speak to someone emailed twice really want this for Xmas . Don’t think I’ll ever order again 4 weeks still no sign of order .

Great clothes but a nightmare if like me you like to order 2 sizes and send one size back. They’ve started issuing store credit instead of refunds (and even this takes ages). You then have to chase them to try and get this altered, which is also very difficult and drawn out.

Real shame actually because i’ve been a fan of their stuff for a long time, but this is the second time this has happened now, even after stating at the start i want a ‘refund to original payment method’.

Received golf trousers and quality excellent

I am deeply appalled by the service rendered by Druids Golf. Ordered some shirts from their website on the 18th November and have not received them till date, no tracking information. I have emailed customer service 5 times and not even one acknowledgement. I need my stuff asap .

The communication from this company is really poor.
I ordered some clothing for my son aged 10 but the clothing didn’t fit even though supposedly fitting up to a 12 year old. I asked for the next size up but instead they gave me a credit which sounds ok but now I have had to pay three times for post and packaging.
Actually ok clothing but I would never buy from this company again as there is no confidence in them looking after me as their customer.
If it doesn’t fit I guarantee as a customer you will be very annoyed with the customer journey.

Do not use this company you will not receive goods and no response had to contact bank for a refund as no reply from company

Order on 14th November, still no delivery or refund. Nothing from them. Shambolic!!

I have been waiting three weeks and still no sign of the bits I ordered, no contact from customer services despite numerous emails to them. It seems a common complaint from others, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company, stuff looks OK and prices great but the service seems to be the catch, thankfully I only ordered a couple of bits to see what it's like
