I really appreciate the professional care from medics and support team

This is in response to your feedback of Wednesday. Your feed back is appreciated but also inaccurate with regards to what actually happened. My 09:45 consultation did not start until 10:01 on Tuesday. The doctor said my script would be to the chemist in an hour. It got there eventually at 11:35 when I phoned your helpline who also called the chemist. That is not 15 minutes is it. If you want to rebuttal my complaint and comments please pay me the courtesy of being accurate.

I needed certificate for work. Phone call from doctor was on time, she let me confirm that she understood dates were correct. After I hung up, email with cert came in next minute. I am very pleased.

The doctor prescribed me only two capsules B12 injections. Is this so dangerous? Why not full box 5 injections ? May she decided that is enough but I can use next time when I need it. I pay €45 and how to know the doctor can help or not with my request

The doctor I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and listened carefully. I felt heard and respected, and she immediately sent the letter of referral for me to use at hospital. I am grateful!

I had a very disappointing experience with this GP service.

I was charged €45 for a phone consultation that lasted only a couple of minutes in total. The first call was ended abruptly, and I had to call back myself. Overall, I had very little time to explain my situation properly, and the consultation felt rushed and lacking engagement from the doctor.

I also left the consultation without clear information about my prescription. The medication name and instructions were not clearly communicated, which is unacceptable in a medical context.

Additionally, I specifically mentioned that I work as a delivery van driver and needed treatment that would not affect my ability to drive safely. I am not confident that this was properly taken into account.

Overall, I feel the service was poor value for money and not up to a reasonable standard of medical care. I would not expect a consultation of this quality for the price charged.

I hope the provider takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

Very good experience with Dr online, quick appointment, call back and prescription sent to my local pharmacy.

Dr Mohammed was very efficient, listened, and provided a solution within minutes of booking the call.

Fast, Efficient, and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

I opened the site up to book an appointment after work and was expecting to be booking for AT LEAST a day or two in advance. I had my prescription within the hour. I had a phone appointment 45 minutes after I opened the website and 15 minutes later my pharmacy confirmed they'd received the script and I could come pick it up now.

During the call it was clear the doctor has reviewed what the form said my reason for booking was, she asked follow up questions, confirmed I'd no allergies, and asked about my current medications etc. She diagnosed me and forwarded my prescription to my chosen pharmacy.

I actually had to take a minute after it all was over and done because I've genuinely never had as fast and easy a medical appointment in my life (And I've had "free" doctors appointments through insurance) 10/10

“Excellent service. I had a video consultation with Dr. Ghaznain, who is clearly very experienced and quickly identified the cause of my symptoms. I felt confident and reassured throughout.

I asked for a sick note, and was ignored!! I emailed, I sent a Whatsapp and each time I was ignored, I paid the €45 and was willing to pay the extra €10 for the sick note which I needed last Monday. I had to go to my own doctor and payment another €65!!
