Booked an appointment 4pm today. I received a call today at 1:11pm asking if I could as available now for the consultation. I said no im in work at the minute. Which is why I booked it for 4pm. I take my lunch break at 4pm and 45 mins later the doctor rings me. No apologies about the lateness. The GP was quite blunt with everything. The phone call only took a minute total. Just avoid totally seems very fishy from the reviews.

Booked and paid for a consultation for 15:00 - 15:15 today. The money was taken from my account, received an email saying my booking was being processed. No email with link to consultation received as of 15:35. Contacted on WhatsApp, no response. Called the customer service twice, went to voicemail, so left voicemail asking for explanation. Contacted them through email, no response.

I have used several other online doctor services, and I have never experienced anything like this. I cannot afford to book another consultation, and I was doing an online consultation in order to get a repeat prescription of Escitalopram in order to avoid going into withdrawal/remission. Absolute joke of a company/website/service.

Avoid this service! Paid 38€ for a rushed 3min phone call as a sick international student too unwell to travel. Called with breathing issues, coughing, fever, and panic attacks. Dr was condescending, dismissed my concerns, and gave me antibiotics + 2 days sick leaves. Asked for psychiatrist referral? She said go ask you GP, like if I could I would have done entire consultation with them not you! I barely can walk! She made me feel stupid. Asked for a sick leave due to symptoms and she thought its not that serious and gave me 2 days! 2 days. Then an email demanding EXTRA 10€ for the paper?! i have no family here, couldn’t even walk to a GP due to my condition And I believe it would be nice to mention that they fee you more for the confirmation paper instead of luring you in and surprise you with hidden fees.

I had great experience, had sinus infection the usual symptoms for 3 weeks, not improving, just needed antibiotics since flu season here couldn't get through my own gp, was few days wait. Booked appointment, got call, call was few mins delayed i think 30 min or so later that booked time slot, I didn't mind as still was quicker than getting to my own GP. Lovely doctor, listened my symptoms, gave prescription, explained use of medication really well, quick and efficient. No issues at all

ITS A SCAM I HAVE TAKEN APPOINTMENT FOUR DAYS BEFORE BY PAYING 38 EUROS BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED LINK OR ANYTHING I JUST GOT A MESSAGE STATING ITS TECHNICAL ISSUE

SCAM!!!! Received payment but no call. No response from phone number on website. Links do not work. Ombudsman called

They take your money and go, reported to medical council and Garda
