Dr Martens Repairs Arvostelua 

I have had 2 pairs of Dr Martens resolved, a pair of shoes and a pair of boots and they have come back looking as good as new. It has been a quick process and I was informed of their progress by email. Ian completely satisfied with the service and the end product. Thank you

This company was directly affiliated with Dr. Marten’s as advertised in their website so you would think that they will only use the same and original Dr. Marten’s materials given that in their tagline and in their packaging, they’re “claiming” that they are using “same materials” for repairs. Not true! I had my sandals sent to them for repairs for the buckle thinking that they will replace it with the same Dr. Marten’s ones. However, when I received it back, I was highly disappointed that they just replaced it with cheap and generic plastic buckle which broke just a couple of days later. I went to Timpson’s instead to have it repaired for a quarter of the price. Timpson’s did a much better job with a better quality buckle. Stay away from this company. Horrific customer service as well.

I've had the same pair of Dr Martens boots for 4 years now and although the upper is fine, the sole was almost worn through.
The repair service is cheaper than buying a second hand pair and much better for the environment, so I thought I would give it a go.
You get to choose the colour of your sole, the weld and the stitching, which was fun.
I put them in an old shoebox and printed out the pre-paid label (no, you don't have to pay for postage). This was on a Thursday and they were collected by Royal Mail the following day.
I got an update once they had received my boots and an update just a few days later to say the repairs were complete and my boots were on their way back to me.
A week after they were collected from Royal Mail, they were delivered to me by UPS.
They look brand new! The welding is great, the sole is perfect and even better is that they added a brand new pair of laces.
I am really pleased with the professionalism and the quick turnaround (being the height of summer probably helped as I doubt they have many Dr Martens to work on).
I would highly recommend this and would most certainly use them again, as long as my boots last!

Very prompt service, my old boots were back to me within 5 working days. New sole, welt & stitching looks great!

Sent a pair of boots off to resole and got them back in a week! Excellent service and communication when I had to clarify whether they could be resoled.

Recently used this company to fix a pair of new DM’s with buckles missing. From start to finish an absolutely excellent experience. Customer service was on point from the get go with Tom being quick to respond to queries. Website is very transparent letting you know exactly what you will be getting. But they were also very helpful when I sent some more pictures to verify.

Repair came back swiftly and the job done was perfect. Would absolutely use this company again and would recommend to a friend.

My zip broke on my jadens and it was fixed really quick and with such craftsmanship no one can tell the zip had been replaced. Would have been good if there was a bit more communication they had been received. Only because I love my docs sm and didn't want them to get lost in the post. A brilliant service, much more sustainable than just buying a new pair

A strap broke on my sandal and I convinced myself that the repair company wouldn't be able to do it, but I thought I'd try the service anyway... To my delight, they fixed the whole thing! It involved re-welting the strap into the sandal which is no mean feat and the sandal looks good as new now.

I knocked off one star as I felt that communication was quite vague after my sandals were picked up. I didn't receive a notification when the sandals arrived with the repair company, so I had to call after a week of silence as I thought maybe they got lost in the post. Thankfully they didn't and I had my repaired sandals back with me just a few days later.

All in all, from pick-up to re-delivery, the process took 10 days which is fantastic. Will deffo use this service again as I can now keep wearing my sandals for many years to come. Thank you!

Excellent service! I sent my boots for sole repairs on Monday and received them back fully repaired with free laces the next Monday! Amazing services, great saving and happy planet! Thank you
