We're sorry for the frustration this caused. Our processing and shipping move very quickly, which is why a cancellation request can sometimes arrive after the order is already on its way — in that case, a return is the way to get it resolved.
A return doesn't require a phone number; you can start one directly through our support form here: https://support.drivenol.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37825299976594. Take care,

Rubbish customer support
Beware !!! I made a mistake on an order and tried to stop it within 12 hours ( didn’t receive an e mail invoice ) or would have cancelled sooner. They wouldn’t cancel it saying it had been dispatched … overnight on a Saturday I DON’T THINK SO ! They take returns but you have to pay postage, also they automatically add you to repeat subscription. Stay away from them they are as bad as some of the Chinese companies!!

We're sorry to hear about your experience — that's not the impression we want to leave with a customer.
Our processing and shipping move very quickly, which is why an order can already be on its way not long after it's placed, even overnight. We understand it's frustrating when you're trying to make a change and the timing doesn't work out. On returns, unopened items can be sent back within 30 days, though return postage is the customer's responsibility. If you believe you were signed up for a recurring order you didn't intend, we'd really like to look into that for you directly — please reach out to us here so we can review your order: https://support.drivenol.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37825299976594.
