Hi, thank you for your review. Our order page clearly shows the total price and package details before checkout is completed, and a second charge like this is usually linked to a multi-month package or an active subscription selected at checkout.
We're sorry for the confusion this caused — we'd like to look into your specific account to confirm exactly what happened. Please reach out to us here with your order details: https://support.drivenol.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37825299976594. Take care,
Drivenol scam
I suddenly realized that this company were scam artists.
I ordered and within 30 mins I tried to cancel. To late they said the order has already been processed.
I find that very hard to believe.
I had numerous email contact with Ella , she seems to be a robot because she repeatedly the same thing over and over again.
I have asked for a full refund .
I wonder what my chances are.

Hi, thank you for sharing this with us, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. Our processing and shipping move very quickly, which is why an order can already be on its way not long after it's placed, and cancellation isn't always possible by that point.
We understand the frustration of feeling like you weren't getting a real answer from support — we'd like to look into your specific case and refund request directly. Please reach out to us here with your order details: https://support.drivenol.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37825299976594. Take care,

Deception. Pricing not as shown.
Deception.
A Con or a Scam accessed via a "news article"/advert on Google.
I authorised a payment of £32.98, (which included a 10% reduction for rapid response) which they took from my card. No receipt has been sent to the e-mail I provided with my order. Then they took an unauthorised additional £65.97. (Total loss now £98.95)
They then tried to take two further payments of £39.97, (These last two payments were blocked by my card- thank you Curve)
Don't touch them. Pricing on this Google accessed website was deceiving and I cant get back to the original web page. I have found Drivenol.com on line on my laptop but this is not the same web page as originally used on iPhone via Google, and I would certainly not have ordered having seen their pricing!
