I asked for a test and they said over £200.
The guy gave me a date and I asked him to hold it provisionally then in the chat he offered another date but said he couldn’t change the date for me even though my instructor is not available on the first day. He said I needed to pay as he can’t get anyone else to take the test which is untrue as lots of people are desperate for tests then he said have a different instructor and car, I said no and now he’s avoiding me and won’t allow me to swap or have a refund.
The man is so rude and keeps calling me ‘bro’ like I know him

I booked a test trough the twice now (failed the first time), both times I got a test for 2 weeks latter, and it took less less than a week of waiting to get the day. It is the only way I have found so far to get a test quickly. Also having a retest costing half the original price helps take the nerves off.
