When I first joined, I didn’t realise how much I was carrying, and how deeply it was shaping my relationships. Through Anna’s coaching, I was guided (and at many many times challenged) to look at the things I had spent years (decades) avoiding.

One of the most profound shifts was healing my relationship with my dad at end of his life. We had no contact for 10 years. That changed - we become best friends. Not through force, but through real understanding, reflection, and doing the inner work Anna consistently brings to each coaching session.
Then came my relationship with my mum- which, at one point, had completely collapsed. It was painful, strained, and felt beyond repair. Today, we are in a completely different dynamic. There is space, understanding, and a level of connection I didn’t think was possible before.

And finally- my marriage. This was the area where I felt the most conflict. Doubt, frustration, misalignment, years of resentfulness. What Anna helped me see wasn’t at all “how to fix the relationship,” but how to see myself clearly within it. The patterns (oh yes!!), the expectations, the need for things to be a certain way (my way).

Through that work, there was an incredible shift.

There is now a different kind of closeness between me and my husband- not the one built on pressure or expectation, but on allowing each other to be fully ourselves. We come together as two people who have grown up alongside each other, seen each other through every version of life, from the age of 14 to 36.

There is deep gratitude. real respect and felt presence.

And what stands out most is this: the changes are not surface-level. They are deep, internal, and lasting. Anna doesn’t give you quick answers- she equips you to see, to understand, and to lead yourself in a completely different way (it very freeing).

I have had the privilege of being able to be coached by Anna for the past three years. When I first arrived to one of her weekends, through an invitation of a friend, I was confused, lost, and frustrated with my relationships, career, and overall life.
