We deeply apologise for the negative experience you’ve had with us. Receiving the wrong item and not having it resolved promptly is unacceptable, and we understand your frustration.
To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please provide your order details or tracking information for the return? We’ve recently experienced delays due to unforeseen challenges, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication on our part, and for that, we’re sorry.
Please reach out to us directly at support@dripsupplyuk.com and we’ll ensure this is prioritised.

This company will never change
I thought I'd check the reviews on here to see if this company has sorted themselves out, but they clearly haven't. I bought some under armour shorts/tshirt a while ago. After countless emails sent, they never responded. Ended up waiting over a month for my order for it to turn up being the wrong colour. I'm also pretty sure the gear was fake but I can't be too sure. Iv noticed they have been replying telling people they were broken into and has caused delays. They were like this a year ago! They over charge too, you can get the same stuff in sports direct for a quarter of the price. Don't waste your time/money on these people
