Zero replies via email
Zero replies via email, telephone calls and totally ignoring any other enquiries. I ordered and paid for my order in October and haven’t received anything. Avoid this company as I believe it’s fraudulent. Do not use push payments as that’s how they scammed me. Disgraceful.

Hi Les,
We are confused by your 1* review, we don't have a telephone to reach us on and we have checked our emails and can't see any with your name.
Judging by you mentioning "push payments" as this is something that we don't use. We believe you are commenting on the wrong business and we hope you can please edit this review.
Many thanks,

Terrible
Terrible, Started in august when i purchased 2 sets, they were delivered but the order was completely wrong, it took me 3 months to get a refund (that worked) and just 3 weeks ago i purchased items with the refund code they gave me as a refund and, now it feels as something will always go wrong when purchasing anything from them.

Shocking
Shocking, my mistake in first place ordering same tracky twice but they’re quick to send them out but waiting days on end for a reply off them! And then when trying to do a return it offering me store credit but no where on the website does it say when bringing back an order you’ll get store credit?! I don’t want store credit. Also says on the website live chat 9-5 but that’s no where to be seen!

Hi there,
We appreciate you accidentally ordered the same set twice and are happy to accept the return for a full refund
Unfortunately we don't have a live chat, the widget on our website says "customer service Mon-Fri 9am-5pm" which we try to respond as quickly as possible but as it is approaching Christmas now we are really busy with enquiries.
Can you please email us with your order details as we can't locate your order or email with the information provided.
Thankyou!

Thanks for the kind words! Glad to hear you’re happy with the service!
Customer service is appalling!
Order a few sets from this company and had to send one back cause was too small and they didn’t have a bigger size in stock which is fair enough, so I have been waiting almost 5 months for my money back and they don’t reply on Facebook , instagram or email , they said there warehouse got robbed I totally understand that there would be a delay in getting the refund but no offer of voucher nothing and it’s been 16weeks so I think that’s enough time to sort a refund out , customer service is shocking!

Hi Luke,
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the delay in resolving your refund. We completely understand your frustration—waiting this long is unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for not providing the level of service you deserve.
The robbery at our warehouse significantly disrupted our operations, but we recognise that this should not have impacted your refund for such an extended period. We’re committed to resolving this for you immediately. Could you please reach out to us directly at support@dripsupplyuk.com with your order details so we can prioritise this and ensure your refund is processed without further delay?
We truly appreciate your patience during this challenging time and are taking steps to improve our customer service processes to avoid situations like this in the future.
Fast Delivery
First time ordering from Drip Supply will definitely be ordering again excellent service and very fast delivery.
