Amazing experience

Amazing experience! I ordered champagne to surprise my friend and it arrived incredibly fast and well-packaged. The delivery driver was polite and professional, and the bottle was perfectly chilled and ready to serve. Great selection of premium drinks, easy checkout, and reliable service highly recommend for any last-minute celebration or special occasion!

Upon reviewing order #13365 (placed 26 July 2024), our records show that the shipping address entered at checkout was:

This is the postcode our system received — we dispatch exactly to the address provided during checkout and are unable to alter it independently. As you can see from our email correspondence on 30 July, as soon as we were made aware of the discrepancy, we responded promptly, confirmed the address on file, arranged redelivery, and as a gesture of goodwill refunded your delivery fee in full.

We’re genuinely pleased the order did reach its destination and that Brigitte was able to enjoy her birthday gift. We always strive to go the extra mile when issues arise, and we feel we did so here.

Very random I live in Devon and wanted…

Very random I live in Devon and wanted to treat my sister in London. I googled wine delivery and they were the third, I was sceptical but went with it anyway I rang them and ordered what I wanted. They sent a link to my phone which was bazaar. Hey ho! They said it would be there within 30 minutes. It was I will definitely use you again. In these strange times this is the way to go.
