We normally order products supplied by Good Taste Foods based in Bristol. On this occasion, our distributor supplied a substitute product from LoveWhatYouEat, also based in Bristol. Turns out that Good Taste Foods had filed for voluntary liquidation back in March, owing tens of thousands to creditors including HMRC and others. A search of Companies House then shows a Director then sets up another company with his son
as sole director instead, trading out of the same location. Smacks of sharp business practice.

DO NOT ORDER from this company as many I ordered in good time for when I needed it only to be told they were shut so couldn't deliver, they offered me a refund and four weeks on its not arrived, do not order from this company as I fear its a scam

Orderd beef Wellington for Xmas said it was coming on 23rd had no email or my beef Wellington have recently sent message for refund which they said they done still nothing it's disgusting how they are treating people don't even bother with these people it's not even worth 1 star stay away

I wouldn’t even give one start to this company. I believe this company is a scam.

Appalling,3 different delivery dates given and the food was inedible, I didn't realise for some times as it was frozen and I didn't use until weeks later. Worse than a total waste of money as the fish ruined the dinners made for it.

Similar to other customers. Disgraceful company with poor customer service. Christmas delivery didn’t turn up without notification on 20th. I contacted them and they rescheduled for 23rd. Order arrived with half the products missing and no time or opportunity to rectify this. At this point they are not answering the phone or replying to my emails and have not refunded me for the missing items. Do not use.
Edit: middle of February now, lots of lies and still no refund.

Ordered scallops for Christmas. Never arrived. No updates. Martin the owner is a conman.

Got money back via chargeback

Ordered clams for New Year’s Eve meal with a delivery date of 29th Dec 2023 no confirmation of delivery no tracking for DPD no clams. I’m fuming as my dinner is ruined and money lost cause can’t reach anyone. Don’t use these jokas cause they are a joke and you will be had! 🤬🤬🤬

I'm starting to think that this website is a scam. I ordered a beef wellington on the 19th Dec. I appreciate that there was a note on the website saying that orders need to be placed by 17th for guaranteed Xmas delivery however when I got to the delivery details on the order it did say that delivery would be 23rd Dec via DPD. It is now the 27th Dec and there is no beef wellington, thank goodness I didn't order more!. I have no dispatch email, no response to my chase email, no one is picking up the phone. I may even report them to trading standards!
