I've been waiting for this. It became obvious to me within weeks of not getting my refund that this was a criminal enterprise- take all the money you can for flights, delay and delay refunds and then go into administration and keep the money claiming it is all gone. Probably they will start up under another entity with different names fronting it but still the same players behind it.

People have been shouting about this company for literally years now and nothing has ever been done against them either by regulatory bodies, certainly not ATOL- or the police- which is what should have happened. No doubt they will get away with it and leave us all out of pocket - all added to theirs to the tune of hundreds of thousands of pounds.

I have been scammed for £692!!! Paid for my flights months ago, no tickets arrived and no response to my calls or emails. Holiday is now ruined and still have to pay for the hotels!!

The lowest of the low, they should be used car salesmen, the flight booking part of their business went insolvent in July, they just didn’t bother to inform their customers. We were due to fly to Bali tomorrow but during the online check-in we realise we no longer have a booking. Now we will have a fight to get our money back. Don’t use this company for anything, we will never use them again, they are an utter disgrace!

purchased 2 tickets to Singapore for F1 in February. 10 days before my flight date I tried contacting them to ask for an update on my tickets. No tickets ! No one answered ! No company exists anymore. What a crock of sh.t. Not even an email in July to inform me they’d ripped me off.
Lost all money for flight plus hotels in Singapore and F1 tickets purchased.
Obviously companies struggle and go under I fully appreciate that but at least inform the punters you rip off so they can make alternative arrangements in advance. 1 star because you can leave no stars.

Bought a ticket on Dec 24, 2021 and made payment via credit card immediately. Got a payment receipt from them and an itinerary from the airline. A couple of days later, I tried to retrieve the ticket on the airline's website only to see it was unavailable. I contacted the airline, was told payment was never remitted so my booking was cancelled. Was asked to followup with Dreamworld travel for payment. After several calls that went unanswered, mails unresponded, whatsapp and Instagram messages ignored, I got a travel ticket on January 10, more than 2 weeks after payment was made. Exactly 3 days after Dream world travel sent me the e-ticket, got a mail from the airline the flight has been cancelled. Contacted dream world travel with this update immediately and a refund was initiated since all other available ticket alternatives did not fit my schedule. This refund process was initiated on January 13, 2022 and approved on January 17, 2022 (See correspondence attached). According to the approval mail, I was supposed to receive my refund between 12-24 weeks. However, it's been 36 weeks and I am yet to get my refund. I have called and emailed to no avail. No response or feedback of any kind.
You do not want to do business with the organisation.
Avoid them at all cost.

Hlo we bought a two tickets from dream world travel but when we reached on airport they said tickets are fake it's not real because there was no ticket number no seat number nothing else we lost £1090 that was too much costly when I tried to make a call nobody pick any call no email response can anyone tell me how we can refund our money please tell me.

I requested for a refund. Called them many times. No respond tefund. Sure this is a scam.?

PLEASE read bad reviews from others and there are so many!! They pay people for the good reviews.
DO NOT USE THIS DREAM WORLD TRAVEL!
If you have already booked and like me read reviews after not getting e-ticket do not believe them if you finally get through.
They are scamming the airlines for the money. You should be able to get your money back from the bank you paid with. BUT you will not get on your flight!! They are using fake cards and booking through different airlines and code sharing so they can’t trace back on how it was paid. But airline will catch up and you won’t get your flight or worse you will get there and not be able to return!
I was told when I was at the check in desk at the airport that I was not on the list! Even though I had called airlines and confirmed my booking was paid and my seat booked! I even checked the app for my flight which was still showing my confirmed seat 20 minutes before!!
So a wasted journey to the airport and back again, trouble of claiming back money and trying last minute to book another ticket which cost triple the price than if I had originally booked direct with the airline! I ended up on a 33hour flight on mixed budget airlines to get to my destination.

SO PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE THEM AND IF YOU HAVE GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOW AND REBOOK WITH AIRLINE DIRECT!

I don’t know how this company is still functioning, they are an absolute disgrace. Can never get through on the phone, I have been waiting for a response regarding a refund for THREE MONTHS. Despite 8+ emails asking for an update, which have all been ignored.
DO NOT hand your money over to this company!!!

As per the dreamworldtravel.co.uk and caa websites this company ceased trading in July 2022, and as such everyone should be looking to ATOL/their card issuers to secure refunds.

Worst ever. Been waiting for my refund for ever. Where can one report this company. This is unacceptable. No reply to emails. Ignoring customers and withholding refunds must be their company policy.

Me and my family had a really terrible experience with this shambles of a Travel agent. I bought and paid for my flight tickets with Etihad airways for all my family on 10Jan22 but these agent would not issue the tickets stating a company policy of not issuing the tickets until 10 working days before flying (this was not mentioned during the purchase of the tickets). After spending hours and hours on the phone waiting for an update, I kept being told my tickets are confirmed and waiting to be issued by an agent until I was told my tickets had been cancelled 5 days before my family was due to fly out due to bogus reasons, none of the reasons were mentioned by Etihad Airways. The cancelleation caused my and my family enormous stress which would and should have been avoided has these opportunists had a shred of decency in them.
Steer clear and buy your flight tickets from a reputable agent or directly from the airlines.

Very poor company avoid at all costs still waiting for refund even though they have received the money from the airline blame administration

Rubbish service, waiting for refund since January 2022, every time contact them they asked to wait until this time and no replying back to emails now. Phone no. not working. Please do not book ticket with them.

I booked my flight tickets for Pakistan International Airline (PIA) on 04/04/22 to Pakistan using an online travel agent Dream World Travel Ltd and paid £2006.00 for a direct flight from Manchester to Islamabad. I received a confirmation email the same day. On 12th of July, just under 3 weeks before my flight on 30/07/22, I received a call from Dream World Travel to say that the airline had cancelled the flight and that I would have to rebook tickets. As I was at work I was unable to take the call and tried ringing them back on the number from which I had received the call multiple times the next day without any success. The phone number on their website does not work. I contacted a local travel agent and after giving my booking reference I was told that there were no tickets booked under my name on the system for PIA. The local travel agent reckoned that the flight tickets were never booked for me by Dream World Travel even though they had taken the money for it. I was also told by the local agent that the flight on the 30th had indeed been cancelled however PIA had offered his clients alternative dates for the 29th of July or 3rd of August as a priority before booking any new clients. In the interim I kept on trying the number that I had received the call from Dream World and eventually was able to speak with John, who was incredibly rude and abrupt and I was told that they could not do anything about the airline cancelling the flights and I could get a refund with money in my bank in 7-10 days or book alternative flight tickets. I was sent an email with options on a different flight with Etihad Airline with a stop over in Abu Dhabi. I was not happy with the service and emailed them on 13th of July (the same day) for a full refund. I did not receive a response and since have contacted them over the phone having been told that the refund request is with their finance department. I have emailed them a couple of times and have not received any response so far. I had to book tickets with the local travel agent which costed me £2077. There was a layover of 13 hours 40 minutes in Dubai for which I had to book a hotel to rest with additional costs including food. This travel company should not be allowed to operate.

I booked my holiday to Ghana with john at Dream World travel on March 2022 .The experience was very professional and on time. It was a very smooth process with no problems whatsoever. My flight in August 2022 had no problems . I will be visiting ghana in 2023 and i will definitley be using the services of Dream world again. Thankyou for be excellent Dream world.

I booked premium economy tickets from Heathrow to Philippines. Singapore changed the flight but Dreamworld travel only provided economy tickets rather than the premium which I paid for . Despite numerous emails and phone calls , nobody comes back to me. Worst company I have ever dealt with . Please do yourself a favour and book with someone else ! Dishonest company

I have booked both way tickets online with Dream World Travel. I went to India. I found out in the Airport that my return ticket was suspended, I spoke to airline, they said it was suspended by Dream Worl Travel. Then I had to purchased new ticket, one way, it cost me £2014.20, it is much higher than my return ticket.

Since I came back to UK, I am trying to speak to Dream World Travel, Phones going on answering
machine, I left few message no reply yet, I have emailed no reply yet. its over a week now.

so please be careful with these people, u can book the ticket online, but any issues u cant speak to them at all. they will not respond to ur email either..
