Lost over a 1000 pound basically just given them the money paid through a debit card for tickets so literally no chance getting it back.

0 rating. Scammers, they still have the website up where people can book despite the company no longer trading, this is clearly illegal!!!!!

I was regretting paying for the ticket through DWT. Took me 4 days to get my eticket, luckily I was given my eticket. Should of been Instant eticket on the day, not waiting for a few days then receiving it. But I wasn't convinced after reading so many bad reviews. so I decided to contact the airline direct, they were more helpful then the agency were. Airline confirmed my ticket and also gave me a ticket and receipt from their airline company. I have tried to contact DWT on the phone lines, WhatsApp doesn't work, so hard to connect. Or sometimes they won't answer. Only interested if your buying a ticket. Then you'll hear nothing. I had response from DWT on email lately but so hard to contact them. Gave me a ball ache trying to get the ticket and contact. I'm going to buy a ticket direct from the airline instead next time even if it cost £50-£150 more. Atleast that way I know I haven't been scammed and my money hasn't gone missing. I'm giving 2* rating cause I did get my eticket from dwt but never again. The hassle and stress caused. I wouldnt recommend in my opinion. They need to be honest with there customers not fobbed them off.

Booked return flights to Nepal in the beginning of July. A few weeks later went to check if the flights had changed with the airline to find that the tickets were booked and then cancelled by the travel agency. Went onto Dream World Ltd to find out that at the end of July they went into liquidation! They never sent us the e-tickets or a PNR code, didn't book the tickets but still took our money! Our credit card company are trying to help us get the money back but they have said that Dream World are trying to dispute it. I don't see how they could do this!

WE APPLIED FOR REFUND FOR THE LAST 9 MONTHS BUT THEY NEITHER REEIVE OUR PHONE CALL NOR THEY REPLY ON EMAIL. I AM AFRAID I WILL LOOSE MY POAYMENT OF AROUND £1600. IT SEEMS THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND OUR AMOUNT. ASMA BANU PATEL

I paid a deposit and the lady that handled my booking did not been answering my calls, when I finally got through to someone I was told my quote has gone up. I was then promised a refund within 24 hours, two months later I still have nothing.

There are the Nigerian definition of 419. Big oles (thief).

My flight has cancelled due to pandemic July'2021 and I still not received the refund . Agency Office is permanently close . Complained to ATOL.

Spoke with a lady called Sumera, in regards to my booking. I was very worried about the company. Diners or someone please get in touch with me as soon as possible please.

I went dream water world hotel in side Antalya turkey. First class service from the staff. Very nice adventurous water rollercoaster. And the managers are always gives a lot of attention to your issues or question, specially the night manager. I had my best all inclusive hotel experience here.

Avoid this company terrible customer service, you cannot get through on the phone, they ignore your emails yet they are happy to take your money in a heartbeat, although they give you a 12-24 week guide line in waiting for the returns of your funds theses crooks don't! Instead you have to raise a dispute with the credit card provider which is what i have done today see below my dreadful experience.

On the 24.01.22 I paid 3,730.00, on my Natwest black credit card, for 2 return business class flights, flying from Manchester to Dubai. On the 25.03.22 I received confirmation from DWT with a new reference number, I was informed that there would be a 12-24 wk wait and a list of charges that would be deducted. In total it works out that there would be 690.00 deducted from the 3,730.00, I am expecting 3,040.00 back onto my credit card. On the 27.09.22 I emailed DWT as It has been 1 week and 2 days and I have had no response to my email chasing up the promised refund sent on the 18.09.22, it’s now been 26 wks and 4 days and still have not received my 3,040.00 but fear not my bank will sort this issue out for me!

There should be an option for ZERO star.

Booked a return ticket from SCE to KUL on the 8th of July 2022. For travel during Christmas break. Waited for a whole day for the e-ticket. However, no e-ticket was emailed to us. Very odd since payment was already done in full. Tried calling. No answer. Tried email. No response. Found numerous complaints of nondelivery of service from trustpilot, yably and yelp.

That's when I got suspicious.

I contacted my credit card issuer two days later for chargeback. They were very cooperative and helpful. I received my refund after 4 weeks.

I guess I am the lucky one.

No wonder his accountant jumped ship!

Got stuffed for over £4,000 and no flight back from Australia to boot. Going to cost me over £5,000 to book direct with the airline - will not use any agency again. Will try to get money back from Credit Card company, but that will take ages or may never happen.

It has now been well over 3 months and no refund has been issued.

These low lifes have no shame.

This company is totally full of scamers idk how they running business in the UK even who is allow them to open a scam company in uk. They scammed me £1355 and now they are not responding when i checked there website now showing there company has been ceased. I'm really depressed now mentally and financially. I don't know even how to make a claim because they haven't issued ma ATOL certificate and i paid by master card.

Dishonest, only have to look at who the directors are, it’s an indication of how our country has been overran by dishonest foreigners, old style British values are long gone, replaced by people who have no respect or morals, RIP Tommy.

Worst company i have ever come across. for the sake of your money and moreso your sanity - DO NOT USE DREAM WORLD TRAVEL. they took my money back in feb. and 2 days before my long haul trip in August, they told me (after I called multiple times), that the flight was cancalled, this was a lie. They then told me that their system failed in the last week. essentially they waited to see if any seats were free last minute and couldnt find any.

It's now 2 months after my trip - no contact and no refund as promised (within 48 hours)

Don’t you please book any flights with them. They are deliberately pocketing money from the public. I booked 5 tickets for my family for December holiday. The flight was booked on the 15 July 2022 I received the confirmation within minutes but no E tickets. After 2 days waiting I called them OMG 2 hour waiting and the one guy picked up the phone and tells me that they have pass the details to their supplier who will issue the tickets I will have to wait for at least 10 days prior to my flight.
I was in a shock. This can’t be true, this is not the first time I have booked flights online I’m a frequent traveler so I know how things really work.
I contacted Ethihad Airlines and tried to establish if they have any booking information against our names, unfortunately there was no reservation against our name.

Now I got the message this people are scammers.

I paid the funds with my credit card knowing that in case I don’t get my tickets I’m covered by the credit card.

I contacted the card company and they started the investigation. It was very painful to go through the process but finally I got my money back from the card early this morning.

Please 🙏 please 🙏 don’t book with this criminals

Avoid Avoid Avoid, Don't fall for the low prices its all a scam it get your money. Once they have it you cannot contact them or get them to give you the tickets etc. If yo do after millions of calls manage to get your tickets they will change them without informing you. This company should be closed down.
