I also am not happy with this company. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews first. I ordered product on 10/29/25. It is now 03/19/26 and I have not received my product. Like others have said I did get a tracking that show it in transit, it had left another country. I have sent requests for a refund of my money, but have not gotten a response. Surprise surprise. Save your money…do not order from them!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE AND FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM OR ANY OTHER SCAM COMPANY TO ADVERTISE ON THIER PAGE!! I PURCHASED MY ORDER ON NOVEMBER 29,2025..ITS NOW DECEMBER 30th 2025 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGES!! I EMAILED THEIR SUPPORT PAGE AND THEY RETURNED MY EMAIL SAYING IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED NORMALLY…OVER 30 DAYS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! I purchased this item on November 30, 2025, & it is now December 20, 2025, just FIVE days before Christmas & I have yet to receive my ordered & paid for item. It didn't take your company 21 days to take my money.
There should be a way to give this company a negative star, cause one star is too good.

HORRIBLE!!! Total SCAM business! I ordered some wrapping paper Oct 10 and still have absolutely no updates! I have sent 3 emails to customer support just wanting an update and all they say is to be patient….WTF?! Their website says 5 day processing and I’m currently at like 56 days! My order on the confirmation email shows my total at $32.97 but they actually pulled $42.86 out of my account! Can’t get anyone to issue a refund either!

DO NOT ORDER. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered! This is terrible! I ordered a set of 3 Christmas trees that were supposed to be 8”, 10” & 12”. The ones I received (Yes I actually received some!) are 7”, 5”& 3”! What’s going on? What a joke on me! Not going to return them but I should. Too much hassle (which is what they want me to do). I’m moving on & won’t order from this scamming place ever! The trees are so ugly. 😡

Do not buy from company. Ordered item over 2 months ago and they refuse to ship item, offer any updates on efforts to ship, or offer refund.

I wish I could do negative stars. I ordered lightbulbs from this company and never received my products. I reached out to the customer service team and they responded, but would not provide the name of the carrier or a tracking number which has led me to believe that no product was ever shipped. I would not order from this company!

It took me forever to recevied the item and then whaen I got it today 10/30/2025 I only recevied the small tree. That is all and I paid $35.07 for that one. little tree. No thank you and I would like the other 2 trees or a refund. If I don't get the trees or a refund, I will call the better business bureau. Please don't play with me. This has been going on since August

Horrible experience. I ordered a hoodie in July for a trip in late September. The package did not arrive until after I left for my trip. Before I left I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my order because it had taken so long. They told me that they couldn't because it had already shipped. I told them I didn't need it any longer because I had already gotten one since this one didn't come. They asked me to please just receive the shipment and then we would discuss the refund policy after I had a chance to get the product. After 3 weeks I'm back and forth they refused to take the product back, refused to give me a refund for what I had spent and only offered me $9 as a refund. The material on the hoodie was thin it was not as it was described and I would not purchase anything from this company ever. They have horrible response time and they are not willing to work with you. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I ordered what I thought were 3 Christmas trees 8", 10", 12". 3AAA batteries and a timer. They look lovely in the ad. When they came they were much smaller and cannot fit the batteries, (it takes some small mystery battery) and there's no timer. When I complained they asked me to send photos of the packaging and I sent a photo of the items and how they were wrong. All I got was a comment that they checked and the order is correct. It's not. I eventually got them to offer me $20 back (not even close to what I paid) and they continue to insist they're sorry, but I'm wrong. I will just warn everyone that the video in their ad is NOT what you will receive. I will make sure people I know never use this website.

So I ordered what I thought were going to be some cute, fun light bulbs for my sister-in-law for Christmas. Instead, all I have gotten is the run around from their customer service. The order was placed on August 15th. Tracking on the shipping information I was given showed the package stopped moving on September 9th, supposedly in Baltimore. I've gotten no further information from the tracking info page, and now every single time I try and go there or to their main page, my computer blocks it because it says it is a scam. I either want my package or a full refund. No one should be taken advantage of like this, and we are a military family on a tight budget trying to put one through college.

Its scam! Dont buy from it especially if you are outside the country

Changes to tracking number to blame USPS… post office had no record of package being delivered to my address.

I keep asking for a refund but all I get is silence.

I have never received my product it’s been over a month. Tracking does not work and shows stuck in random place in “country of delivery” first two weeks it was stuck in costumes in Ireland. Every time I complain I want a refund I get the so sorry your product has shipped they just havent updated tracking. Just going to leave bad reviews everyday. It's been 4 months now no package.

Bra brought. I went on their sizing to buy, after reading all the rave reviews. 2.5weeks for delivery in Australia.
As soon as package arrived & I unpacked I realised there was no way it was going to fit. But I tried anyway. Cups several sizes too small.
Once contacted they made every step difficult- reasking for same thing, wanting photos, asking me to resell it to friend, offered $2 refund. Even when I finally have a return address they don’t provide the postcode.

Honestly impressed given the affordable price I paid. Quality is decent considering similar items cost much more elsewhere. Shipping was a bit lengthy at about three weeks, but packaging was secure enough to protect the product during transit. Overall satisfied, especially considering the bargain.

Didn't fit at all even though I followed the measurements. The material is super thin and offers absolutely no support. Even the shoulder straps. Return process is laborious + they offer you pennies instead of a full refund. Had to go through PayPal and then I still had to pay the return shipping. Don't buy this bra!

Waited a month. The bras do not do as described at all. They offered me $6 for a refund when I spent $54.

Terrible bras, wait an exuberant amount of time for an inferior product. They want you to send it back to them before they issue a refund. Oh and you send it back to China which is never impossible
